« Really good for the money. I usually stay in budget places because I'm trying to save money. This is really nice compared to some of the other places I've stayed for the same money. It is a little tired, but the bathroom was recently renovated and it was clean and nice furnishings etc. My tariff included breakfast which was a buffet of cereal, toast and a few cooked things (bacon, mushrooms, sausages, eggs etc). My only negative that it is on the corner of two busy roads so there is always traffic noise. It is close to a small shopping centre, and I had dinner at a nice persian restaurant across the road so those are all positives. There was parking when I arrived but it was quite full the next morning so I'm not sure whether it would ever be difficult to park. »

Arrivée tardive de Sydney avec toute la famille, demande au gestionnaire de nuit par intercom si la famille peut être laissée dans le lobby d'abord en congélation, la seule chose qu'elle pourrait dire était ”Je dois prélever votre dépôt de 250 $ d'abord” et elle a continué à nous faire attendre au froid. »

« I usually stay at budget places but prices at the Burvale not much more. And amenities much better. You have everything you want there. Situated on a huge block of land what developers would pay the mind boggles. The only downside is car park needs resurfacing. Very rough. Yes will stay again. »

« I stay at the service apartment. Room is very large and spacious. It can house up to 7 persons comfortably. The balcony is so dusty that it cannot be used. The view is decently ok. Kitchen is basic with some pots and pans. The reception is manned 24 hours opposite the road the Best Western motel. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and steam rooms are at the motel side. »

« I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne. »

« La location est parfaite. Beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques autour. Grand vue. La chambre était propre et le personnel était étonnant. Deux des fenêtres et la caisse de glace étaient brisés. Sinon, il était grand. « Cette salle doit être fortement recommandée, la salle est super grande ! ! Les toilettes à elles seules font probablement la taille d'une pièce en ville. La pièce est assez grande pour une fête. Il y a des casseroles et des poêles dans la pièce pour que vous puissiez cuisiner à la maison. Il y a aussi une machine à laver avec de la lessive gratuite, ce qui est très attentionné. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de salle de sport. C'est à environ 3 minutes à pied de Box Hill, qui n'est pas loin. Cela vaut la peine d'en faire l'expérience (malheureusement, il n'y a pas de salle de sport) »
