No reason to get in your car after you arrive with restaurants/bars in less than a 1/3 mile walk. A king bedroom, and open concept kitchen/living area are yours to enjoy as well as outdoor dining on the screened lanai. There is a large heated pool with a spa on the canal. There is a sundeck in the pool for children which is only 9" of water. The spa is raised so sitting in it you look right down the canal to the bay. So beautiful at night looking at the lights of the bay. A short stroll to Estero Blvd. will take you to numerous restaurants and Beach Access #32 at Avenue E. Walk up the beach to the Times Square area and enjoy great local seafood, live entertainment and free sunsets every night. And your four-legged friend is welcome at the house as well as on a leash at the beach. Pet fee required. My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. It is $50 for up to 4ppl and $10 per person thereafter.
