I booked an apartment through your platform based on the pictures and description provided, but unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The room shown in the photos looked clean and hotel-like, but in reality, it was more like a garage—not suitable for humans, and hardly even for animals.
I was shocked by the horrible smell (similar to fumigation or gas), the presence of cockroaches, and the overall unhygienic and terrifying condition of the place. I couldn’t stay there at all. I only left my luggage for a short time and immediately left to look for a safer and cleaner place.
This experience was extremely disappointing. As a traveler, I was seeking both mental and physical comfort, but instead, I found myself in a very stressful and disturbing situation. I kindly request that you investigate this listing, take the necessary actions to protect other travelers, and issue a full refund as the property was completely misrepresented.

Это квартира-студия на 10этаже жилого дома. Пароль к замку высылают через вичат. Все контакты через вичат. Рядом стройка метро. Шум всю ночь. Матрас такой, что лучше на досках спать.

前台小姐姐非常熱情，非常貼心，服務態度也挺好，我都住了幾次，值得推薦
設定， 配的很漂亮，
房間衞生搞得好乾凈，下樓下很方便，一出門口就有好多吃飯的地方，樓下有好多擺地攤的，各種各樣小吃都有，坐車也方坐車也方便

衞生間簡陋，衹有浴巾，且浴巾很破，好多洞，整體佈局凌亂，且灰塵多，並沒有打掃乾淨，房間還有蟑螂
