I'm vegan and I stayed here for a week of skiing in February 2023. Chicca and the team went to a lot of trouble to ensure that I had good vegan food for the whole week. Chicca fussed over me like a mother hen, asking me all about my likes and dislikes every day. Breakfast: I'm an experienced vegan traveller, particularly to ski resorts in Europe, and I know that these hotels don't have dairy free spread. So this hotel doesn't, but I haven't ever stayed in one that did. Top tip - I took a jar of peanut butter with me and all was well! The hotel didn't seem to have soya milk, but I'm sure they would have bought some for me if I had asked. I took my own with me, and they let me keep it in their fridge for the week. If you don't want to take soya milk with you then one of the shops in the resort sells it. Bear left when leaving the hotel, turn left at the pizzeria, and it's on that road on the right hand side about half way down. It advertises itself as a liquor shop, but actually sells pretty much anything, including soya milk. But I think the hotel would get it for you if you asked. Breakfast was fine, I had cereal and toast with peanut butter most days. Dinner was delicious every night. Chicca told me each night what the menu was for the next night, and asked me how she could adapt the recipe to make a vegan portion for me, or she was happy to cook something separate if need be. As there are first and second plates, often one of those plates was vegan anyway so I just had a large portion of that. Where there were no vegan options she would ask the people cooking to modify one of the plates to make just one portion for me separately. Every meal was absolutely superb, I can't recommend it highly enough. The desserts weren't generally vegan, but I had chocolate stash with me. They did offer me fruit as dessert. To be honest I rarely ate it because I was so full, having eaten all the amazing main course! Highly recommended for vegans, you will be looked after.
