It wasn't a pleasant experience.
Initially emailed to check whether needed to rebook as to combine 2 bk-2-bk booking, email replied not required. Upon arrival, it was like a total blackout.
While we arrived at 10pm+, we were being ignored. They talking among themselves, not even knowing our check-in had passed to another staff working on his computer while we still stood in front of the 1st staff counter. No greeting no communication no eye contact. As if we should not check-in at later hour. He told us "you have many booking" with not very pleasant reaction.
We were told to come down next day to renew the access card, and not able to pay all 3 rm in advance for tomorrow 's (2 nights) stay. But during the next morning, we had to repeat all over again. The 2nd day staff took so much time to understand that we need to pay 2 nights instead of one while the invoice only show 1 night charges.
I could not get hot water for medicine and was told to use coffee machine dispenser. Or either request from ground level staff to flush 1 cup.
Instead of extending an additional day since it was so troublesome to renew access card daily, we request late check-out on the last day. A lady kindly agreed and assured it was all recorded in their system. But unfortunately, my door was knocked and being access early 10am without letting me in time to open. Thank God I was with proper clothing. Unlucky was my cousin being banged at the door so loud at 12nn claiming his over stay. My cousin made a complaint but I don't think they would look into it. It seems to be more like their culture.
We never had such a rough encounter all over the world. We chose this hotel was due to the ad from tiktok and able to park our rented sport cars. But to our disappointment, the service was pretty disappointed.
