Property is newly renovated, but I expected more. Pros: Good location for restaurants and shopping. Bad location if you're attending a conference at the Messe (15-20 minute ride); nice club lounge; have a spa; room decor is new and clean Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING- I could not get the fan to turn on and after sharing this with many of my colleagues- they could not either. The window opens a tiny bit for fresh air, but noisy at night. My room was stuffy and uncomfortably hot every night. Bathroom is tiny. The door opens in, so to use the toilet you have to enter the bathroom, squeeze around the door, then shut the door. The toilet is in the way of the door so it can't be opened all the way, so when getting ready and blow drying hair you have to close the bathroom door behind you. The phone was unusable. There are buttons for ”front desk” and ”spa” but none of them work. There is no guide in the room showing what numbers to use for any of the departments. I tried pressing zero hoping for an operator, but the line was dead. Useless.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce très bel hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Frankfurt. Personnel jeune et très sympathique. Très belles parties communes et nous avions une superbe chambre en étage élevé avec une superbe vue d'angle. Très belle salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. Le lit excellent et l'isolation phonique parfaite. Belle déco et belles prestations. la vue intérieur depuis les ascenseurs est superbe et le soir l'éclairage donne une belle ambiance chaleureuse. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut en salé sucré et pas d'attente. Le wifi gratuit est largement suffisant pour une utilisation classique d'un portable. Le room service impeccable et le bar ouvert également pour une restauration limitée (restaurant fermé) . Les plats proposés étaient vraiment excellents. Le restaurant doit être très bien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions l'ensemble du personnel. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

La télévision n'est pas notre priorité principale sur notre voyage, mais nous attendions avec impatience de regarder ensemble dans la salle de vacances. Il a été très étrange de payer des milliers de dollars pour 6 nuits et sans options et sans plugs pour le chargement du lit. Oh, et quand vous arrivez avec votre voiture, il n'y a généralement pas de valet à l'extérieur ... Nous n'avons pas voulu laisser notre voiture à l'extérieur sans attendre mais personne n'est sorti, donc nous avons dû entrer. Ma dernière chose ....I avait une maux de tête et ils n'avaient rien, mon mari devait aller à la pharmacie. Nous ne sommes pas trop lazy pour marcher, mais quand vous séjournez dans un hôtel 5 étoiles et vous n'avez pas de médicament de mal de tête, aucune capacité de streaming ou de sélection de médias ...Pas de valeur!

We stayed here for one night before we flew out of Frankfurt home to the U.S. I picked it because it was right across the street from the train station (or so someone told me). It's technically not ”right across the street.” You need to cross the street and walk maybe a block, turn left and it's right there, just in case you're like us and dragging luggage with you. There are also taxis that just sit outside the hotel if you ever need one. We are also Bonvoy members and I had enough points so that I could pay cash and points for this hotel. I reserved a junior suite because we needed a room that could accommodate us and our 12-year-old daughter. It is surprisingly difficult to find this in Europe. I called the hotel when I booked the room maybe a month or two in advance to make sure that the junior suite could indeed accommodate us and I was told it would (the pictures of this room on the Bonvoy website are not clear--where exactly in the room is the extra bed? There isn't one. It's a rollaway. This is why I called). When we arrived, there was some confusion or a problem with getting our room with an extra bed, and that's when I reminded them that I specifically called the hotel and asked if such a room could accommodate us and I was told yes. Whatever the problem was, they got it sorted out and we had a rollaway delivered to our room when we got up there. My suggestion is that if you need an extra bed(s) for your kids, call them the day before you arrive to (re)confirm that there will be a rollaway and/or the room you reserved will indeed accommodate your family. The junior suite is not very big, but it was fine for the three of us for one night. It's true that the hotel is not in the nicest area, but you can walk to the Rhine and restaurants. If I were staying more than one night and didn't have to fly out early the next morning, I would have stayed farther in town. The bed was very comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good--at least it was a lot better than the breakfast at the other hotel where we stayed before coming to Frankfurt, lol. The eggs were not rubbery and overcooked, and the food selection was just better overall.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel le 10.2, l'hôtel est situé tout près du métro, et les sanitaires sont très bons, mais l'ascenseur de cet hôtel n'est pas fermé, il faut attendre qu'il se ferme automatiquement ! Dans l'ensemble, ce séjour s'est bien passé 👍, fortement recommandé !

1. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il est très proche des attractions et également très proche de la rue commerçante. Il faudra 10 minutes pour marcher. 2. Il y a un petit parking gratuit derrière l'hôtel, et il y a aussi des parkings payants autour. Comme nous sommes arrivés plus tôt (9 heures du matin), nous avons d'abord mis la voiture sur le parking à péage, puis nous l'avons garée lorsqu'il y avait de la place libre dans l'après-midi. Et les gens de l'hôtel nous ont aussi donné la chambre, ce qui est très bien. 3. La taille de la chambre est correcte, il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais il ne fait pas chaud et il y a de l'eau minérale gratuite.

hôtel au concept original mais sympa, bien placé géographiquement, personnel toujours sympa prêt à aider. Assez marrant le coup de la lumière qui s'allume sous le lit quelques secondes quand vous levez la nuit! petit déjeuner au service style cafeteria. chambre propre. juste 2 petits reproches: -une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain (il doit s'agir d'un problème de canalisation je pense) - l'autre je n'avais pas fait attention sur les photos avant de réserver qu'il n'y a pas d'espace de rangement pour les vêtements.

Il est accueillant dans le centre de la ville de Paris, où il est très bien situé. Il est facile de marcher à pied à l'accès de la metro et de la S-Bahn, à proximité de la ville des outils et aux marchés de Noël.Il y a un certain nombre de boutiques et de restaurants dans la région, bien que la plupart semblaient très cher pour l'Allemagne. Le service clientèle était bon. L'entrée à l'hôtel n'est pas très évidente et un peu étrange, on entre dans un petit corridor à un ascenseur et jusqu'au lobby qui est basiquement un petit bureau. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est adéquat, suffisant pour satisfaire la plupart. Nous étions situés au troisième étage et je recommande de demander une chambre sur un étage supérieur à la route. Il y a un restaurant en bas et à côté de l'hôtel, qui dispose d'un haut Euro Techno-Pop qui se rapproche de 2h et l'hôtel est sur une route principale qui peut aussi être bruyante. Une belle surprise était une usine de lavage à ses propres mains avec deux ensembles de machines qui sont venues à la lumière de nous être en pleine route en vacances d'un mois, en bas est qu'il est dans une très petite chambre sans sièges ni équipements dans le garage sous-sol.

The first stay was 4 nights and 2nd stay was for 1 night during May 2023, the hotel has a prime location, close to everything you would need; undergrounds, shopping, taxi slots, supermarkets, and restaurants.. everything is located within 1-3 minutes walking distance. Service at the hotel is excellent and their dining options are reasonable particularly the 7th floor panoramic view restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like was the AC in the room .. it doesn’t cool at all and the room was too hot and had to open the window and suffer street noise. I will certainly consider booking it again ONLY IF AC IS FIXED.

Hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine d'extérieur. Mais une fois à l'intérieur, les locaux sont très propres. Les chambres sont petites mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Et enfin l'emplacement de cet hôtel et très très bon. On trouve des places pour garer sa voiture aux alentours facilement et le centre ville peut être visité à pied. Je recommande cet hôtel pour des petits séjours.

Il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Le service, la réception, la chambre, etc. étaient toutes merveilleuses, et il n'y a pas de meilleure location à Francfort. Le lit très confortable, la pression de l'eau chaude et quelques chaînes de télévision internationales. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel (en particulier parce qu'il était inclus dans le coût de la chambre). Je recommanderais cet hôtel à 100% et je resterai certainement à nouveau.

Nach mehrfachen Besuchen im Restaurant „mainhaus Stadthotel Frankfurt“, bei denen ich mich von der ideenreichen Küche überzeugen konnte, habe ich meinen runden Geburtstag dort gefeiert. Alles war absolut gut und stimmig; alle meine Gäste waren begeistert. Die gebotenen Speisen sowie die ausgewählten und kredenzten Weine waren fabelhaft. Zum Bedauern aller mussten wir leider einen Teil des Büfetts zurücklassen. Es war einfach zu reichhaltig und das uns unterbreitete Angebot, die Speisen vor dem Abräumen einzupacken, haben wir leider in unserer Feierlaune nicht wahrgenommen. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Besser kann man Gäste nicht bewirten. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt und gerne wieder.

I came from the US to visit Frankfurt as a first time visitor. The location of this hotel is fabulous. There was no breakfast provided so I was confused by previous reviews that included breakfast. There is no onsite restaurant but plenty of places nearby, including a good Italian restaurant right next door. The rooms are quite spacious ( by European standards) and clean. Jasmine, who works at the front desk, is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a clean room at a great location, I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the location and room size of this hotel. The concierge was super friendly and helpful (you can't check in until past three and our flight arrived at 9AM) so she let us store our bags and notified us when the room was ready. The view is excellent - right over the river and into the downtown (which is a 15 minute stroll by the river). The neighbourhood has all you'll need - shops and restaurants across the street. The bathroom is large, the kitchenette was perfect and the bed was good (tbh the sheets were really hot...some sort of plastic mattress cover). But we loved it and would stay here again.

L'aérodrome sort en mettant la métro sur cette station, puis en mettant U7/6, vous pouvez venir ici, le metro sort, le transport est très pratique, petit lit avec vieille élévatrice et toilette, rhum ... C'est très allemand, mais le prix est si fragrant, la beauté est inimaginable!

La position est très bonne, tout autour de lui est un endroit où vous pouvez vous débarrasser. Goeder habite deux minutes de marche, il y a quelques minutes à la cathédrale, il y a quelques minutes à lv acheter et acheter, et quelques minutes à la rive du fleuve... La chambre n'est pas grande, mais la décoration est très nouvelle, le petit déjeuner est également bon.
