Enjoy my beautiful lakeside farmhouse built in 1875. Wake up every morning to the sunrise over the lake. Walk across the backyard to your private lake access. Located an hour and a half from Boston. Consists of 4 bedrooms (that sleeps 10 adults), 1 and 3/4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room. During the spring/summer/fall (weather permitting) enjoy the views of the lake from the porch and deck. The deck has a table and chairs for dining plus additional seating. Gas grill located behind the barn and steps from the deck. Bedroom 1: queen (on main floor), Bedroom 2: queen, Bedroom 3: queen and twin, Bedroom 4: double and twin. Webster lake is 630 acres and hosts excellent fishing and boating during the summer, gorgeous fall foliage, and ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling on lake during the winter. Just steps from the house you will find the 60 mile Northern Recreational Rail Trail. INDOOR LIVING: TV, Netflix, board games, books. Projector and screen with Bluetooth speaker (bring your computer) for movie theatre feel (not available during the winter months as the porch is not heated).
