Inside, you’ll find two large living rooms, perfect for groups who want space to spread out. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, a smart TV, and a fireplace. Upstairs, the second living room invites quiet reading, games, or conversation, and includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. High-speed Wi-Fi and cozy seating make it ideal for work or relaxation. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, pantry basics, and a coffee maker. The dining table comfortably seats 12, and there’s also a sunny breakfast nook for casual meals. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and a fold-out sofa. Two king bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. One queen bedroom is restful and quiet, while the fourth bedroom features two queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom, and the primary ensuite includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower. An additional half bath provides added convenience. Step outside to enjoy the mountain air on a spacious wraparound deck with tree views. Unwind in the private hot tub, grill dinner, or relax under the stars. The home includes keyless entry, smart TVs, strong Wi-Fi, central heat and air, and parking for up to four cars. Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. Please note this is a quiet residential area. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties, events, or large group gatherings are allowed. Guests must be 25 or older to book. No bachelor or bachelorette groups, no wedding parties, no fraternities or sororities.
