Excellent value for money. Warm efficient welcome, great location, and those comfy Premier Inn beds. Did exactly what it said on the tin!! Good pub on site with a beer garden.

Soxy & Kaisa were lifesavers - I arrived at 9pm after a 3 hour trip to find my company had booked me in for the wrong day. They were able to sort me out despite being really busy. Thanks!

Room 1 was infested with carpet beetles. Although I discretely brought this to the attention of the reception staff (presenting them with 2 of the carpet beetles in a sealed glass - tbh I'd never heard of them until I researched it, we thought they might be bed bugs). Whilst they said they'd closed the room off and said hope my day gets better, we responded to the Premier Inn feedback form, who promised they would get back to me within 5 working days - guess what? No reply. I waited a couple of weeks, then sent comments and photos via contact us page. Again, promised a response in 5 days, and surprise surprise, no reply again. Do they actually care? We are regular customers to Premier Inn, and have never encountered a problem like this before. Whilst the restaurant staff were very friendly and other staff (namely Soxy) went above and beyond to help us with our booking, I would never stay in this Premier Inn again. Room needs a deep clean (that includes wiping the grime off the skirting boards and at the back of sink overflow 🤮) and fumigating. Totally spoiled our trip.

We’ve stayed at plenty of Premier Inns over the years, but this was a particularly pleasant experience. Suzanne or “Soxy” on reception was absolutely brilliant, couldn’t do enough to help our stay. Thanks very much from Christian, Nicola, Oliver & Spencer x

5 minutes from the circuit entrance, although the room was showing its age ( no usb on the plugs / extremely noisy bathroom fan ) this was overcome by the exemplary staff, breakfast was a highlight of my stay over five days, Jo Jo and the other helper ( didn’t get her name) kept the busy dining area clean and well stocked, whilst the chef produced excellent quality food. Unfortunately the adjacent pub, green man was the polar opposite with a nice interior but the manageress had a dreadful attitude.

Stayed at the Silverstone Premier inn for 5 days whilst working at Silverstone race track. As my wife had recently had stroke and couldn't stay at home by herself she came with me but she wouldn't be coming to work with me everyday. On arrival I explained my wife's sight impairments to Emily on reception she said she would help my wife if needed during the day whilst I was at work. I would like to thank Emily and all the staff at the Silverstone Premier Inn for helping my wife during the daytime for the 5 days we were there and for being so attentive and understanding about her sight impairment. Your service was excellent and I can't thank you all enough, you gave me peace of mind whilst I was at work knowing that you were looking out for her. Wonderful people fantastic service.
