Premier Inn Frome

A very good stay ! Room clean and possibly just refurbished? Staff very friendly, food good but not exceptional. No air con in my room and hitting the heatwave temperatures of late not a problem. Duvets removed, windows open and a good little fan. One draw back with my room (No.1) was that it was near to an air-conditioning unit but quickly remedied by closing the window ! All in all a very enjoyable stay ! Many thanks to all !

Have spent quite a few weeks here over the last year and the place is great, the staff are fantastic, really helpful, reception staff bend over backwards to help, bar staff and the waiting staff are second to none, food is tasty and plentiful and the rooms are recently refurbished, my only criticism is the wifi, even when you have to pay £5 per day to use it the system is rubbish, continuously drops out and stops working, in this day and age you expect a half decent signal especially when you pay extra for the privilege, can’t fault the staff as they go above and beyond but the internet set up needs a rethink

This hotel is staffed with the most amazing people! When the TV in one of the 3 rooms wasn't working, Cara went out of her way to get it repaired immediately. When she was unable to sort out the problem, she called on the housekeeper Sam, who attended immediately and was also fantastic. When the TV could not be easily mended, Cara arranged for us to move to another, equally gorgeous room. Both members of staff provided brilliant service and were so friendly and efficient throughout. Thank you both for making this family stay so special!

Superior room, apparently upgraded. Reception has 2 self check in screens, the irony, one not working, the tiniest reception desk ,receptionist said they were not allowed a chair ! Meet and great is part of the hotel experience. Receptionists very helpful regarding not being valued, in my opinion Not enough dressing table space, lived out of suitcase, aircon lowest settings ridiculous, 19 ° ! Make up light mirror broken, hairdryer not working, offered a different room , but was just leaving to go out. Room was clean but lacked comfort, coffee tray in a cramped space. Air filter vent missing in bathroom, however bathroom really Clean! Bed comfy, as we're pillows. Room maid absolutely wonderful 💖

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are really friendly and are a true credit to the company. A massive thank you to becky. Her friendly smile and can do attitude was a great welcome when we arrived.

No air con, loud extractor outside our window kept us up at night. Restaurant chairs are a mess and the carpet should be in a skip, Don't eat the fish and chips ad it's swimming in oil. Find somewhere else to stay.
