There was another door inside the open door! We called the front desk, and they told us it was a connecting room! What?! Were they informed beforehand? No!! We called the front desk again, and they said the doors could open from both sides, but there was no one in the next room! Thank you, hotel! It's unbelievable that a 5-star hotel on Ctrip is so outrageous and unreliable!! I absolutely cannot accept this arrangement and room. I'm posting this to warn others! Always ask clearly beforehand when checking in!"

"This is the first time I've given a bad review; I'm extremely dissatisfied. First, regarding the service, it was practically nonexistent. I contacted the manager myself, who offered airport pick-up and drop-off, but then, without any prior communication, made me wait for other guests at the departure point for 20 minutes. Upon arrival at the hotel, no one greeted me. I was eventually told that because the room wasn't ready, I had to leave my belongings outside. When I finally managed to check in around 6 PM, the room lock was broken, forcing me to wait outside for another 20 minutes. When I left, the lock broke a second time, almost causing me to miss my ride. Secondly, regarding the facilities and cleanliness, the manager, for some reason, left all the windows open without the screens, resulting in bugs on the bed at night. The paint on the walls was also peeling from water damage, making me afraid of falling paint while sleeping. Furthermore, I don't know who designed the hotel; none of the light switches were labeled, leaving me to guess their location. Finally, regarding the environment, the guesthouse is located in the most remote part of the island, with extremely inconvenient transportation. Basically, there's no transportation available after 6 PM. Then, the guesthouse doesn't provide drinks or snacks; if you want to eat, you have to eat at the guesthouse's cafeteria. They also open the accommodation area to tourists, making the whole guesthouse a complete mess."
