Chambre vraiment propre, comme dans tous les hôtels du Japon, et la chambre était si blanche et esthétique. Salle dédiée au lavage avec des détergents fournis, des distributeurs automatiques et même des vélos à louer et à utiliser pendant votre séjour ici. Belle vue sur le mont Fuji une fois que vous vous levez par temps clair, pourquoi ne pas l'aimer ici ?

10min walk from kawaguchiko station. Not much food options nearby and they close on Wednesdays. Looks like how they advertised, white decor and mount fuji view

I recently stayed at The Garden Hotel in Fuji and had a very pleasant experience. It’s a cozy and convenient hotel that makes a great base for exploring the surrounding area, especially if you’re planning to visit Mt. Fuji or nearby attractions. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. While not overly luxurious, it had a homely charm and was well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like a kettle, toiletries, and a spacious desk area. What stood out most was the hotel’s friendly and accommodating staff. They were welcoming from the moment I arrived and happy to help with local recommendations or any requests I had during my stay. Their hospitality added a warm, personal touch. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with a mix of Japanese and Western options. The dining area was quiet and relaxing, making for a peaceful start to the day. Location-wise, the hotel is well-situated—close enough to local shops, restaurants, and transport, while still offering a quiet environment to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, The Garden Hotel in Fuji offers good value, great service, and a comfortable stay. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean, welcoming, and gets the fundamentals right.

Room with Mt Fuji view. Just that in front still have houses. Super clean. Free parking. 2 queen size bed, can easily accommodate 4 adults.

I really fall in love with the view of Fujisan feom the room. The staff at the reception is really kind.

I woke up to the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji every morning and absolutely loved the scenery from the garden apartment! The room featured a minimalist Muji-inspired aesthetic—simple, clean, and functional.

Is really worth the price too stay in this hotel with a nice window view which facing Mount Fuji. Another thing is the view when u walk to bus station and turn back also is a good view to take photo.

This hotel was excellent, offering stunning views of Mount Fuji. The room was spacious, and the staff were warm and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The location was convenient for me since I had a car, and there are great eateries nearby, including a famous unagi restaurant. I truly enjoyed my stay here!

About 15mins walk from train station, Kawaguchiko. Amazing Fuji view. Room was very very big, but, seems too simple and minimalist. Not much facilities too. No convenient store nearby.

Located close to the central of kawaguchiko station. You get the view + convenience. Also, there are bicycle rentals in the hotel, so be sure to check it out!

Very relaxing stay as facing Mt Fuji directly and air is fresh

Beautiful stay! The view itself is already worth it. Everything is very clean and love the muji aesthetics of the room. Just note that there is no room service and the noise isolation is not very good. But if you have quiet neighbours, it is still okay because the area is so peaceful. Will have to drive there though.

Location was okay, about 10 mins walk from kawaguchiko station, amazing view of the mount fuji, room is big too wirh balcony. Downside was that one of the pillow was dirty, i suspect the bedsheets werent clean too as me and my partner had rashes on our legs. Other than that the room is good, comes with bathtub as well. Able to cook too.
