Le paysage au sommet de la montagne est magnifique, mais si vous conduisez en voiture, vous devez demander à l'hôtel de saisir votre plaque d'immatriculation dans le système avant de pouvoir gravir la montagne. En descendant la montagne tôt le lendemain matin, les deux intersections menant au parc des douanes folkloriques étaient fermées. Nous ne pouvions que redescendre la montagne et entrer depuis le centre d'accueil. Même si nous restions au sommet de la montagne, ce ne serait pas le cas. être plus pratique pour visiter le site pittoresque. Cependant, la réduction sur les billets Tianchi de l'hôtel est toujours très bonne.

老闆有個做五星酒店的心（設計和初心是好的），可惜服務和細節衹有經濟型的內核。
酒店位置非常合適，靠近滑雪場最近的温泉酒店，到天山滑雪場20多分鐘距離，去烏魯木齊也方便。
酒店裝修整體還不錯有四星半的標準。
因為訂的是高端房型，有專門的VIP通道也很好，但是是排隊排到正常的房型才得知有專門的VIP，所以實際上反而是排了兩遍隊（這也就是反映出酒店的設計和細節服務脱節的開始，酒店有確認房型的電話，但並未提及有VIP接待）
上山有擺渡車專送（好評），但是沒有人主動搬行李，半山房型相對有點遠，所以需要擺渡車接送（專車接送的設計），這點很多奢華酒店也會有，所以初心很好，但1、沒有人員幫忙搬運行李，尤其半山房型還要上一段台階，如果行李較多的女士，估計沒法上去。
配備專門管家，但實際衹有一個人（晚上有另一個交班的圓臉管家態度還不錯），白天偏瘦的管家，態度不像管家，倒像是不太熱心的房東，例行下公式，沒有被服務的感覺，總有一種在嫌麻煩的觀感，所以包括專車預約等反而是讓居住體驗更麻煩了。（提醒門卡問題是好評的，但為啥不弄個專門放卡的地方呢，提醒放在門口消防栓上，總感覺很權宜）
配備私湯冬天泡也很有一番風味，水温很好，池子大小和距離都很好，還是服務細節上的問題，私湯不是全天，管家反覆提醒晚上要聯繫他們來放水，可能是天冷或山上的特點吧，但在日本北海道冬天泡的私湯也不會説要放水（天然温泉一般是常熱的），總體就是聯繫來放水，泡完晚上聯繫關水，第二天不主動提及也不會放水，感覺不像温泉倒像是泡澡。 這個倒還是可以理解，但都放水了，池子的清掃還是很粗糙，池底都是細碎石塊，這點衹能是哦不夠用心了，冬天院子大部分被雪覆蓋，其實看得出來，設計時候有秋千 樹景等是好的，但也就隨意疊放，甚至還有疊起來的摺疊沙發還是床之類的堆在院落還是讓可能90分的準備衹能留下60分的效果。
房間有個最大的優點，就是零下20多度的外面，小木屋的取暖設備非常齊全，能講屋子加温到24℃多這點非常非常贊。 但也是同樣的問題 房間東西看起來多，但桌面基本沒地方放東西，配備冰箱但不插插頭（雖然冬天窗台就足夠涼，但東西都放窗台實在談不上高級，這是普通人家節省的方式，而不是好酒店的服務方式），還比如房間暖和衞生間卻沒有取暖設備，靠房間過去的餘熱。等。
餐食：音樂餐吧量大，味道尚可，價格偏貴，適合多人，南方小飯量兩個人最多一個菜。 早餐沒吃，原因是VIP接待室説早餐可以聯繫管家送到山上，實際聯繫時，管家告知忙不過來，就一個人要接送其他客人，可以接下去吃東西（前台服務話術和實際服務脱節，這個挺不應該的），問了下也是稀飯 牛肉麪啥的就不想去吃了，有趣的是，上一個住店的客人的評價表，有認真些，也沒人收拾，看到x女士的評價和我的感受接近，且在餐飲打了大大的差，就完全沒有嘗試早餐的動力了。
總體來説，酒店的位置很好，温泉主題很有特色，設施和酒店整體尚可有四星半的標準，但服務對不上酒店的設計定位，管理細節還有很多可以提升的地方。
未來可能還會去（看看大温泉是否可以），畢竟雪場不遠的温泉酒店衹有這個，但不會訂高端房型尤其是半山房型了。

Cette visite de 10 jours est essentiellement une maison de vacances, cette maison de vacances est la dernière, je me sens vraiment très bien. La maison de vacances n'est pas grande, elle est très belle: les fruits, les fleurs et beaucoup de viande, il faut tout, la chambre est aussi propre, les détails sont très soigneusement, les toilettes sont également de bonne qualité. Le chef et le chef sont très enthousiastes. Nous avons également prouvé le fromage chaud le matin, c'est très chaud et gentil. Il y a beaucoup de plats près du peuple et le parking est également pratique. Le seul défaut est que l'environnement de la population doit être amélioré, ce qui n'est pas résolu par les patrons de la population, et il faut que le gouvernement de la ville de Zhangqing aide à l'amélioration. Les ressources touristiques de Tianzhou, telles que la qualité des ressources touristiques, sont mieux développées si elles sont suffisamment prises en compte. Jouer à Tianshan Tianzhou, puis rester dans la ville de Xiaoqang pour une nuit de repos de qualité, c'est une bonne expérience.

My partner and I stayed here one night during our bicycle travels. This hotel staff was exceptional in adapting to our foreign needs with traveling with bicycles helping keeping them safe overnight as well as quickly picking up communication through cell phone and helping us use taobao as foreigners to order some essential bicycle parts we needed! The location was not near the major dining areas, despite the block of restaurants across the street most were closed. We took a taxi but had trouble paying with Alipay - would recommend cash on hand for the area generally if you aren’t able to get WeChat to work.

IInvité去天山天池的途中選擇在阜康市歇一站，入住和美如家店，是個不錯的主意。這裏離景區遊客中心12公里，自駕方便，來回4小時一覽天池無問題。酒店門前有停車位，客房比印象中的如家店要寬敞的多，衞生間也是乾濕兩用。前台的幾位小妹很熱情，待人接物挺有專業素養。小住兩天，感覺舒適，性價比令人滿意。

XXiaoyetaohua位置稍偏，停車位夠用，但是有三輪車亂停，早起有量三輪車在車旁邊停放，拿放東西，走動都不方便，也沒有人管。 電梯很小，一條長長的過道，安排了最靠後的房間，拖着行李走了很遠，建築設計不合理。辦理入住手續特別慢，反覆幾次才把房間卡和取電卡搞明白。早餐非常一般～房間很新，但有股塗料的味道。
