The location is good, near the metro station. Room is good for two people (big enough), but it will be better to have tableware in the room.

Can’t ask for a better location as the hotel is literally at the exit of Hakata station and had 2 Family Mart downstairs. The room was very spacious at 18m2 with ample space for a suitcase and had a massage chair in it. There was a lobby area with free coffee for guests to relax in. Service was ok, we didn’t have much interaction. There is no noise from being near a busy station at all. The only issue was the housekeeping as we would find our disposable empty coffee cups and other trash still in the room though we requested for garbage or housekeeping to be thrown away.

The hotel is conveniently located, 3 mins walk to Hakata Station with many convenient stores, restaurants, and malls. The stay was comfortable. I stayed in both double room and triple room. Triple room has a separate large bathroom and restroom. Toiletries can be collected on Lobby level. The checkin was completed by using the kiosk with assistance from hotel staff. It was quite fast. Best hotel for convenience! At time, there was a Christmas Market at Hakata Station, so the area was not only beautiful but also very lively.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and a convenience store. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable.

I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout my stay, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The rooms were immaculate, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Nishida San, Yoshioka San and Goto San and others for doing above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Hotel at a great location next to Hakata Station. Near all the shopping and food locations. Room is small similar to standard Japanese but clean and well maintained. Limited amenities as hotel is small but location make up for it all. Highly recommended

I stay 2 nights. Good location, but poor services, the ladies in reception are not willing to help. I found blood stains on the bed sheet, I have take the picture and shown to the receptionist and ask them make up room. However when I back to the room, bed sheet has been changed, but some black stains on the new bed sheet. Very poor cleaning service. Last day when I check out, I ask for keep my luggage. The reception lady just used her finger show me the concierge area. Ok, I believe it is not her duty. However after I kept my bag, I found the reception lady is helping other customers who are speaking Japanese to keep their luggage. I am not recommend this hotel, you can find the other good hotel in the same price or the lower price.

We chose to stay here just to be near the train station. Otherwise, not the best hotel service, but you get what you pay for. The hotel is in need of modernisation, however, the location is very convenient.

Near halts station so very convenient for train journeys or to take the subway to the airport.

The hotel is near Hakata station. It's very convenient for travel. Clean and good service.

The location is good, not far from Hakata station but we don't applicate the react of the concierge, their faces are not happy to service. the room is ok and we like the massage machine and shower.
