The location is very convenient, two 29” baggages can be opened and lay flat at the same time.

Very bad experience. I booked the room for my family, 4 people including my kids. When we entered the room, there are only two pillows. When we called the room service, the staff responded our room is two single bed room so only has two pillows. We explained that we booked this room for family, and explicitly for 4 people in the order. The staff started with an attitude “how much you pay for this room, your payment only for 2 people, it is not our responsibility to provide you two more pillows.” He stated it like we don’t deserve it, even we order the package for 4 person family. It really ruined the happy mood of our vacation. Next time if you travel your family here, make sure you pay “enough”, or you won’t get the service you expected.

Service is good. It's very near to Hakata Station. The room is clean and neatly. There have a lot of restaurants around the location and we having a very nice ramen 博多一辛舍 as our dinner. Hotel breakfast is good. There's a lot of variety.

Nice hotel, a bit far walk from Hakata Station, decoration looks great. Breakfast is simple, with no other choice as it is not buffet.

酒店的位置距離博多車站不遠，交通便利。酒店大堂有各種日常備品、不同味道的洗髮精、護髮素和浴鹽，及不同口味的茶包，以供取用。雖然三日才會清潔房間，但是每日都會換新毛巾，尚算不錯的入住體驗。

하카타역이랑 가깝고 위치가 너무 좋았어요, 방은 역시나 좀 좁은감은 있으나 캐리어 두개 펼쳐놓고 나름 잘 지냈네요:) 직원분들도 친절하시고 다음에 또 대방문의사 이습니다ㅎㅎ

今次入住高級雙人房， 非常舒適， 冷氣係獨立系統， 非常涼快。 由博多車站過去酒店大約步行十分鐘唔算太遠。 酒店附近有三大便利店， 非常方便。

可能是出於環保吧，連住不打掃衞生，會把乾淨浴巾毛巾送到房間門口，自己把用過的替換。洗漱用品在一樓大廳有很多選擇可以自取。茶包咖啡包也都有。整體挺乾淨，房間是真的挺小的，大的行李箱應該是在地面打開放不下的。 位置挺方便的，走到博多站十分鐘吧，附近也有早餐店便利店。去機場地鐵很近衹要260日元即可。
