C’est propre mais problème de climatisation vraiment j’ai aimé l’emplacement

La chambre n'est pas grande, mais le lit double de 1,6 mètre est très confortable. Le style européen est cohérent avec le style de décoration de l'hôtel Monterey où j'ai séjourné à Kyoto auparavant. Les fenêtres ne sont pas très insonorisées et j'entendais clairement le bruit des voitures roulant à toute vitesse et des sirènes des camions de pompiers dehors au milieu de la nuit. Je dois porter des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir. Les rideaux occultants étaient super. En tant que petit-déjeuner buffet, le petit-déjeuner contient moins d'articles, mais il y a toujours des fruits et des légumes. L'emplacement est très pratique, à côté de la gare de Tenjin. La prochaine fois que je viendrai, je choisirai peut-être un hôtel avec une meilleure insonorisation.

Hotel is conveniently located near tenjin area. 7-11 and Lawson are located nearby. Parking is expensive at ¥1800 per night but there are cheaper alternatives nearby.

Good location but very limited facilities and room space. Our stay is during May Labour holiday so room rate was like 60% higher than the day we checked out

The amenities provided by the hotel is thoughtful particularly the nail clipper. Bonus point was the towel prepared at the check in counter for guest to wipe / dry body or luggage in the raining days.

Clean, but no hot spring Facial stuff on request at lobby only.

I posted earlier because i have already booked 2 nights before and 2 nights after my drive in Kyushu and UNFORTUNATELY chosen this hotel as my base in Fuk. BIGGEST mistake of my entire trip. In summary, while the location is excellent, the rooms for 2 adults and 1 child are tiny with no space to unpack and pack luggage. They only hv heater for winter and makes the room super stuffy to sleep. We ended up opening the window to the massive street noises the entire night. The 4 nights of sleep were torturous and we didnt rest well. Worst hotel in my entire kyushu trip. I couldnt change rooms, as expected, because they claimed all rooms are fully booked.  Such a disappointment and i should have spent my money on other hotels in Fuk. My entire holiday is ruined because of the lack of sleep. The beds are hard and forget abt wearing their yukatas as they are super stiff like starch. Please read my review and look at my photo before deciding on this hotel. I was misled by all the other glowing reviews.

Excellent Location with many eateries and shopping nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Yatai stalls are just below the hotel so it excellent for supper & get to experience yatai style dining.

Had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect from concierge handling my car to be auto parked in hotel to greetings and responding to our needs. The bed was comfort and we were most glad to be given a free upgrade to a higher floor. Thank you so much.
