Avis : Tenza Hotel at Hakata Station

L'hôtel est à environ 6 minutes à pied de la gare de Hakata. Le personnel est sympathique et c'est proche de Noël. Le hall est joliment décoré. Vous pouvez acheter divers articles de toilette dans le hall. L'emplacement est bon. Le restaurant japonais Yodobashi est en face. Il y a un restaurant de 7 magasins à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique.

En raison de la nouvelle politique de l'arbre vert, je respecte l'hôtel en suivant la ligne de conduite pour ne pas nettoyer la chambre, la salle de bain et faire le lit. Mais je ne peux pas me demander pourquoi je devrais nettoyer la poubelle moi-même chaque jour ?

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la gare centrale et des zones commerçantes. L'hôtel propose des machines à laver et à sécher gratuites. Vous pouvez acheter de la lessive à la réception. Le petit-déjeuner était correct.

C'est un hôtel vraiment charmant. À seulement quelques minutes de la gare JR Hakata et à 8 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport. J'ai apprécié tester les shampoings et les après-shampoings.

Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes à pied de la gare JR Hakata. Seulement 260 JPY pour le trajet JR vers l'aéroport national. Pratique pour manger avec une grande variété de restaurants, également parfait pour faire du shopping de produits japonais et de pharmacie.

Excellent location and customer service. The room has enough space for 2 large pieces of luggage. There are so many eateries around and the 7 eleven convenience store is just next door.

Enjoyed my stay with Tenza Hakata for 7 nights, the hotel location is very strategic (within 5 minutes walk from Hakata Station), and most importantly the hotel did provide free laundry machine & dryer (you just need to bring your own detergent / purchase at the lobby at JPY 50 per pack) - traveler may consider bring lesser clothes when staying with Tenza Hakata. The room also come with a massage chair which is a life saver (especially after a long day walk), do note that the hotel will only provide cleaning service for every 3 days, however they do provide a recycle bag for you to put your used towel and hang it on the door (before 10am of following day). The hotel also surrounded with lots of restaurant / coffee house / convenient store.

Excellent location just 2-3 mins walk to the nearby train station the hotel is next to a great shopping mall and the street of food highly recommend it!

The location was perfect to roam around the area on foot. Full of decent shopping centers and eateries were a plus. The breakfast was simple and good to try local Japanese. The staff at the restaurant was kind. Room was just okay. They only provide a bottle of water in the first day. The convenient store is right next to the hotel though.

Nice hotel and comfortable stay. Location is good as it’s just within walking distance from Hakata station. Staff are friendly and helpful to my queries and request. Breakfast is good and healthy. Although staying there for 6 days and having 6 consecutive days of breakfast serving similar food, I still enjoy it. Haha.

Very prime location and lots of conveniences stores nearby. Polite staff provide instant help.

Very good location, just 5 min to Hakata station. Room and hotel have all the amenities needed. Good for travelling around Fukuoka.

Hotel is a bit worn down overall! Location is very close to station! Room was spacious but maybe can use some refurbishing. One of the drawer shelves was actually detached and was held in place using stickers/glue. For the price we paid it wasn't the best deal, but it was a sat night and everywhere else was full.

Location is pretty much near the station where restaurants and department stores are everywhere. The room was clean but not as spacious as some might mention. I would say good for japan big city standard but nothing to surprise about. the room was clean as it should. Parking in separate building with 1,500 yen per 24h is reasonable (3 mins walk). If you drive, unload your stuffs at front of hotel get map code from front desk then you should be ok.
