I recently stayed at a hotel and had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the ocean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and spa, added to the overall relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a delightful getaway!

Hotel is very close to the Hakata station. There are so many restaurants near the hotel, too. Staff are friendly and can speak good English. Check out is at 10AM but they allowed me to leave my luggages until 4PM. There's a hotel onsen but it's not as big as you would expect it to be, however, they give the information in the hotel room tv to inform you if it's crowded.
I hard a bit of a difficult time to locate this hotel the first time through google maps, but just ask the locals, they're very helpful.
The only downside of this hotel for me is the elevator. There's only one medium-sized elevator for all the floors, and it's slow. So there was waiting time. Other than that, I had such a nice stay.

Great location near Hakata Station...modern and very clean with free coffee available all day...Breakfast had a very limited choice...but enough to get you going in the morning.

Overall is quite a pleasant experience on their location. Is practically a 5 mins walk from Hakata-eki, imagined that you have few luggage then this hotel would be perfect for its price. One drawback about the service is the misleading of luggage storage (terms and condition applied - it didnt mentioned clearly on their website) where they only keep for the day of your check in. Other hotel in Japan, they allowed to store luggage few days in advance before I checking-in (this is for you to have a handsfree travelling to other cities before you end destination at this hotel)

-Avoid floor 6 if you are sensitive to smoking smell. Floor 6 has a smoking room (the only smoking room for the whole hotel) ＞＞ there are cigarette smells in the corridor
-Excellent location few mins walk to the train station. Literally next to Lawson
-Rooms are clean.
-Staffs can speak English and are helpful.
-Breads and coffee is included for breakfast. There is a small onsen inside the hotel ＞＞ good value for money
