Hôtels à Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort, Baishan

Le service est superbe et nous avons un butler dédié qui nous recommande de bonnes activités et de bonnes aliments. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire ici - ski, mobile de neige, chaud, parc d'eau, etc. La corde de ski est à quelques minutes de marche de l'hôtel. La partie négative est que, bien qu'on ait été fournis une chambre sans fumée, on peut encore sentir la fumée de cigarettes dans le couloir, et parfois dans la chambre.

Les réservations Ctrip ne peuvent pas accumuler de chambre en retard, vous n'avez donc pas à choisir l'hôtel Marriott de ce complexe simplement parce que vous êtes membre Marriott. 4. Le petit déjeuner est conforme à la norme générale de cet hôtel de prix, et il est réapprovisionné en temps opportun 5. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant coréen et d'un restaurant occidental. Le restaurant chinois se trouve au Sheraton. Il n'est pas loin d'y aller à pied, mais vous devez vous changer pour votre équipement de sortie.

Benjamin at reception is incredible. He speaks great English and made sure to help us arrange all of our extra activities from snowmobiling, rafting, ice fishing and all the extra activties included in our hotel stay like the ski pass and snow park experience. He answered all our questions, arranged taxis and ensured a smooth, comfortable stay. The resort itself is in a great location - right on the slopes and the breakfast was decent. I would 100% recommend this to anyone especially foreigners who don't speak Chinese. Thank you to Benjamin for making our stay so comfortable!

So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick. Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner) The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that. In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that. The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too. The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot. There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road. I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk. And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much. I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

L'hôtel a offert un gâteau d'anniversaire le jour de l'anniversaire et a fait une petite surprise, merci beaucoup à l'hôtel. La dame de la réception, Yang Yingying, est très, très gentille et elle offre un service de majordome 24 heures sur 24. Merci, madame. L'hôtel est très proche de la station de ski, et vous pouvez rejoindre le hall du matériel de ski à quelques pas. L'hôtel propose une fondue et une cuisine du Sichuan. J'aime beaucoup.

The hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts. Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately. The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price. The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?) and the Chinese pancake are also very good. The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good. Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on. Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

A pleasant stay at the Park HYATT hotel and a Thank You to all the warm welcoming hotel staff such as Sherry Xu, Bowen, Joy and King. I am looking forward to revisiting this hotel in the near future.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment super. C'est tellement pratique pour ceux qui aiment skier. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment moyen, mais le restaurant de l'hôtel est étonnamment délicieux, bien meilleur que la boutique en ligne des célébrités que nous avons spécialement appelée une voiture à prendre ! ! Nous avons commandé directement le menu fixe pour les deux nuits suivantes, et chaque plat était délicieux ! Au fait, le dessert Black Forest dans le hall de l'hôtel est vraiment délicieux ! Vous pouvez également acheter des souvenirs. Les aimants de réfrigérateur avec trois chiens sont très beaux. Les chiens sont ouverts trois fois par jour, vous devez donc prendre rendez-vous à l'avance. Je ne suis pas allé à Halla Mountain. ,, Pays des merveilles sur terre, le l'emplacement de Park Hyatt n'est pas aussi bon que Hyatt pour le ski, la prochaine fois je devrais encore choisir Hyatt

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in the North-Eastern part of China. Room is spacious, comes with 2 bathrooms. Suitable for families. Service is excellent, breakfast spread is generous. Surrounded by international cuisines and just a few minutes walk to the ski slopes. Love that the room came with hot spring bathtub!

We book a room with 3 beds for 4 persons (1 child) The room a bit small for 4 persons. The bed is good. The aircon can not adjust for cool condition indeed it is a heater air con. When We went on 1-4 March 2024, when we enter to our room we feel uncomfortable because the room temp is so high and the window can open only a little, outside the room also very warm. No wind, no air movement so we turn on the aircon fan then the hot wind flow. So we shut down the hot aircon and borrow a fan from the hotel. Everything other than the warm room was nice, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are helpful. Manager tell me that all room booking weather you book with any agency are come with the ski, onsen and water park free package. You need to go to the ski center and show your passport and deposit money (2000 plus 40 rmb) to get ski card for using the ski facility. If you want to use outdoor onsen you need to bring swimwear and go to Wandajin and show the package paper you have got while checkin. You need to pay 10 rmb/person for using the locker and the towel. The process as same as water park. The breakfast is impressive.
