Très bien, je suis déjà un client de retour, je suis venu souvent avant, cette fois, je nous ai également mis à niveau le type de chambre gratuitement. Il n'était pas prévu de mettre les deux à quatre. La chambre était équipée de gâteau par rapport à la précédente. En général, il n'y avait pas de défiance, les amis avaient quelques premières options noires

平時不太喜歡評價，既然受邀來點評，那我就真情實感的抒發一下。跨年選擇來福州，和家人一起度過，這個民宿建於1923，有不少民國時期的風流人物到訪過，因為家人喜歡林徽因，所以在找住宿的時候特意留心與之相關的建築，特別欣喜找到了，也留下了珍貴的照片。有點遺憾時間不太夠，沒有能夠去了解這個建築。管家們服務很周到，打招呼都很熱情，晚上有送晚安點心-銀耳羹，地理位置在煙台山公園，雖然是景區平時遊客多，但是房間內很安靜，窗户關上隔音效果還不錯，總體來説裝潢，地理位置以及節日氛圍值得打5分
平時來肯定體驗感更好，因為節假日，很多時候顧不過來，都是一些比較細節的問題。相信有時間應該會做得更好:
1.房間清潔應急處理：當天14點房間都還沒有收拾出來；人已經坐到大堂了，微信羣聊才説有迎接服務（遺憾錯過！）這個羣聊要不提前一天聯繫或者一大早就建好會不會比較好捏 13點才建 很倉促的對不啦 畢竟11點就電話溝通啦
2.內部及時溝通：因為房間還沒出來，所以另外開了一間房間讓我們先換換衣服，換完衣服下樓和一個管家説 我們出門吃飯可以把行李放到我們自己的房間 當時TA比較懵，應該是內部沒有溝通過 不知道我們住哪也不知道換衣服的時間，晚上進房間外套等倒是整理的很整齊。重複溝通沒問題，體驗感沒有那麼上佳
3. 照顧所有客人的情緒：大家作息不一樣能理解，為了照顧晚上看演唱會回來晚的客人白天睡覺，兩位管家在不同地點提醒我們輕聲細語動作輕（一次我能理解，兩次我就覺得有針對了，問就是我玻璃心），我不覺得早上9點半-10點是一個非常擾民的時間段了，其次在房間內收拾行李是不是側面反映上下樓的隔音需要改進呢 我21點就睡了是不是也要強調一下不要吵到我睡覺
4.人員調配問題：跨年有求婚儀式是喜事兒，佔用了整個大堂和花園，在回來拿行李的時候，一位管家説可以原地休息，等車來了再出門，確實因為跨年道路擁堵，等了很久才來，然後求婚那邊的客户16:28和我們協商讓我們去樓下會客廳等待，我們就先行下樓，和1樓服務儀式的管家説明情況 讓TA幫忙拿下行李，等了一會兒沒有動作，求婚儀式觀禮的人也陸陸續續到1樓了，我就16:39羣裏發了消息催促，7分鐘之後行李運送完畢，我們再把箱子搬了一段台階路到路邊。至此蝶園之旅完畢
我覺得所有問題在工作日應該出現可能性不大，或者説SOP可以如何改進呢？
早一點羣聊內告知入住當天活動場地有什麼活動，可能的異議點；詢問客人有什麼安排，並做相應的推薦（至少兩個選項）；當天入住客人突發情況，緊急預案處理等內部及時溝通，不要斷檔；哪怕忙碌不能及時滿足客人需求，也在羣裏及時告知，並估算大致等待時間。
也可能是這個價格我要求太高了，總之還有進步空間

1、地理環境：
三叉街地鐵站步行6分鐘到達酒店。酒店去三坊七巷乘坐1號線坐5站路到達。打車去三坊七巷28元左右。
2、酒店設施：
房間大小不錯，1.35的床很舒服，床單被罩乾淨。晚上起夜有小夜燈，很貼心。廁所乾濕分離，智能馬桶，智能窗簾，使用不錯。
酒店3-6樓是住宿，6樓是早餐和洗衣房。客服態度很好，進去都會打招呼。
唯一缺點：早餐品類較少，不太好吃。
3、附近美食：
樓下旁邊100米有一家建興牛雜湯。很好吃。晚上8點之後，附近全是小吃攤，很乾凈，推薦。
這個酒店我下次如果有機會再來福州會再入住，除了離市中心較遠之外都很好。推薦給不太喜歡住市中心的朋友。PS：上次來福州住的是漫心，也不錯。

Le prix de l'hôtel est très élevé, sa position géographique est excellente, je suis venu de la gare du métro pendant une demi-heure, très pratique, le magasin à côté de Berlin est prospère. Les achats sont pratiques. A côté est le haut et le bas, le pont est le Taijiang, le métro à deux stations est le trois et sept. La chambre est propre et propre. Le service de l'hôtel est également très bon pour les serveurs de la réception, très chaleureux et attentifs, en particulier pour les 002 et 003, il y a des problèmes résolus pour la première fois et le service est très disponible. Je vous recommanderai à vos amis.

環境：因為是新裝修的，感覺設備什麼的都很新，房間空間也很寬敞，光線明亮氛圍也不錯，最讓人在意的床品衞生也做的很到位👌衞生間的光線很充足，對於化粧的女孩子是一個很加分的地方！房間隔音還不錯，不會很嘈雜，旅行出差什麼的都是個不錯的選擇👍

Le restaurant se trouve juste en face du Yunxiang Express de l'aviation civile. Il va à l'aéroport toutes les demi-heures et coûte 31 yuans. Il y a une gare routière en bas de l'hôtel. Il y a de nombreux restaurants sur le site. côté gauche de la route quand vous sortez. Il y a une cantine n° 㐅 à côté, je ne me souviens plus de quelle cantine il s'agit. Les matériaux sont frais, l'environnement à l'intérieur du restaurant est hygiénique et le prix n'est pas cher. Nous avons voyagé indépendamment et avons choisi le bon hôtel. L'hôtel propose également du thé blanc, du goji, des dattes rouges et du chrysanthème.

L'environnement est super bon ! Les grandes chambres ordinaires peuvent également voir la vue sur la rivière ~ le paysage pendant la journée est superbe et les lumières sont encore meilleures la nuit! La salle de bain est bien reçue, tout l'équipement a l'air très neuf, et le miroir de maquillage a un anneau lumineux, les filles en raffolent ~ Le peignoir fourni par l'hôtel peut sentir une légère odeur d'eau de désinfection, je suis vraiment soulagée pendant l'épidémie ! En séjournant avec les petites sœurs, vous pouvez aussi poser pour des photos~
De plus, le restaurant équipé de l'hôtel a une belle vue. Avant de venir à Fuzhou, j'ai vérifié cet hôtel à Xiaohongshu. Son thé de l'après-midi était en fait un point d'enregistrement de célébrités en ligne. Je suis tout de suite allé en faire l'expérience. La vue de nuit est vraiment magnifique, la déco quoi est aussi très à la mode et pas démodée.
Je veux donner un nom au responsable de la réception, Zhuo. L'enregistrement a été très doux, y compris les équipements de la chambre nous ont été clairement expliqués, et le petit frère Victor dans le salon, le cocktail spécial était vraiment laiteux. Si vous avez l'occasion de visiter Fuzhou la prochaine fois, vous devez d'abord choisir cet hôtel, il est super.

The hotel quite average in total assesment even though room just renovated n clean . The shower tape very hard to turn n I already made feedback to them. This was ok in general stay but one main thing I don't like is hotel don't have proper drop off space to alight at door when ride hailing pick up or drop off. The passage have alot e scooters can be dangerous alright there . So this is safety concern in my view. I don't recommend for elderly people to stay .

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

IInvitéLe service de l'hôtel est très insouciant. J'ai reçu un appel de la femme de ménage avant de m'enregistrer pour comprendre mes besoins à l'avance et me rappeler l'itinéraire et la météo. Dès que nous sommes arrivés à la porte de l'hôtel, le concierge était très positif et enthousiaste pour nous aider avec nos bagages. Le majordome a souri et a attendu dans le hall et nous a conduits à la réception pour l'enregistrement. Elle nous a parlé de la décoration du hall de l'hôtel, du hall de l'hôtel à la chambre, ainsi que le majordome Accompagné tout au long du processus, présentez-nous aux trois ruelles et aux sept ruelles, faites-moi d'abord un compliment à la gouvernante !
La chambre est assez grande, le lit est très confortable, l'hygiène est très propre et les fruits et petits cadeaux sont également offerts. La salle est équipée d'un service à thé et d'un bon thé noir. Mon mari est très content. Les tuiles bleues, les plastiques gris, les reliefs, les puits d'algues, les murs en selle, pleins de décorations anciennes, laissent entrevoir le décor de l'ancienne maison de l'hôtel. Bien que le petit-déjeuner soit végétarien, le produit est exquis et bon goût, et les enfants sont également très heureux de manger. Au restaurant, quelle que soit la zone dans laquelle vous entrez, c'est calme et paisible ! Lorsque nous partions, la femme de ménage a donné avec enthousiasme des souvenirs et nous a aidés à approuver la voiture. Merci beaucoup! Cet hôtel nous a profondément marqué. Il possède un héritage culturel, un haut niveau de service et des détails architecturaux inégalés pour apporter une expérience surprise et profiter du corps et de l'esprit ultimes !

IInvitéLa chambre d'Ayang est propre et propre, les installations sont excellentes! La position de l'hôtel est située dans le centre-ville de Fujian Road, et les achats de restaurants à proximité sont très pratique. Le plus profond est le service de lave-vaisselle gratuit de l'hôtel. Il y a une machine à laver et un séchoir. Si vous n'avez pas le temps de nettoyer la liste, il y a des services qui laveront et envoient la chambre après laver et se sécher, et un service très intime. L'hôtel a une petite salle de sport, qui est facile pour les voyageurs de se faire coucher. En général, c'est très bon! Le véritable sens de la visite est bien!

J'ai été accueilli par un sourire et une tasse de thé chaud.
Robots à roues qui se tournent autour et se appellent ”xaio peng vous”
Le niveau est le niveau qui me préoccupe quand je reste à l'hôtel.
Les deux niveaux étaient grands.

Pas de sur-audition de la personne dans la chambre à côté de la porte de cet hôtel.
sont également non intrusive et vous permettent de se reposer dans leur recherche de garder le
hôtel propre. Je vais recourir à cet hôtel à Fuzhou à l'avenir. Merci.

UUtilisateur anonymeJuste à l'autre côté de la gare sud, passez environ 10 minutes après le train. Je suis très agréable, pratique. Si vous choisissez habituellement un hôtel rapide, il est recommandé d'essayer cet appartement. Bien qu'il soit un appartement, 🈶️ avec un sac à main unique, c'est ce que je n'ai pas dans mon hôtel étoile, Merci de l'éloge.

RRedmounDisappointed by the hotel, ok with the hot springs
We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came...
The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth.
The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall.
We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located.
We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price.
The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax.
No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available.
Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food.
Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there.
Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience.
Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings

IInvitéL'attitude du service du bois de la réception est très bonne, tout le monde est très gentil et très confortable. Nous sommes allés à l'hôtel très tard. La dame sœur a toujours été très attentive, puis nous avons reçu l'eau de la mer dès que nous sommes entrés dans la porte 9.
La chambre est automatique dès l'entrée, la taille et la taille sont intelligentes, la chambre est également très confortable, très large, les installations de l'hôtel sont très parfaites

Au deuxième étage, il y a une salle d'étude ouverte qui est très grande, avec un fort parfum de livre, et un ordinateur pour jouer
La pièce est propre dès son entrée. Qu'il s'agisse de toilettes ou d'une pièce, les toilettes sont intelligentes et l'alimentation à découpage est également intelligente, ce qui est très high-tech.
Après notre arrivée, le serveur a également livré des fruits et des yaourts, ce qui était très prévenant. Vraiment le premier choix pour l'hébergement, pas de problème !

MMing WeiJack Lin et Kris sont les très utiles personnels t qui m'ont aidé à trouver ma valise quand elle a été perdue pendant mon transfert de véhicule parce que j'avais un long voyage et le transport local était quelque peu étranger pour moi dans la nuit sombre. C'est incroyable pour moi, car un portefeuille a retenu seulement des factures pour compter une douzaine mais pas d'identités à l'intérieur, alors comment ils devraient réclamer est vraiment un crédit. En outre, les clefs qui seraient au comptable Mme Xu, Zhan, Lin m'ont beaucoup aidé à m'aider méritent d'être mentionnés en premier lieu. En outre, ce que je veux vraiment dire est que si vous êtes prêt à être un goûtant de l'école ancienne peut encore rappeler la classe élégante des meubles artistiques et de ses équipements d'artisanat, c'est une suggestion que je vais faire pour un prochain. Un tapis épais, une salle de bain marbre finie, une chambre de chambre décorée avec une lumière soigneusement conçue, de ces équipements étaient ceux inclus dans tout ce que j'avais servi pour un séjour nocturne. Comme vous pouvez le voir, depuis un portefeuille manqué jusqu'à son retour, depuis un design de suite dédié aux snacks accueillant, et après un long voyage de vol, j'ai pris mes chaussures récemment achetées et donc j'ai trouvé une assistance médicale immédiate doit être nécessaire pour que je A la suite de la visite de l'hôtel, le service de l'hôtel est devenu un service de qualité. IInvitéNous sommes arrivés à 11h00 à l'aéroport et nous avons pris leur mini-car à l'hôtel qui part probablement tous les 30 minutes. Ils ont régulièrement un mini-car et un grand bus pour le pick-up et la livraison à l'aéroport. La chambre était propre et les récepteurs étaient très aimables.
