The room was fine, pretty average for a hotel. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. The heat was on in the hotel and even though I had my room heat off, it was still 25° in my room. The room AC and fan didn't work (which means the hotel probably had it turned off) so the room couldn't cool down at all.
The breakfast buffet was typical. Sometimes the food was hot, sometimes not. The dining room was quite small for the amount of people there and the tables weren't cleaned quickly enough for people to sit down right away.
My biggest complaints:
The smell of cigarette smoke entering my room because someone was either smoking in their room or in the hallway. (Seems there are no rules about not smoking in the hallway.)
I couldn't leave the "do not disturb" button on to take a nap in the afternoon. The desk called my room, my phone, and texted me to say they wanted to clean the room. I left the room each day at various times (when I turned off the sign) and yet they always disturbed me anyway.
It's not a bad hotel, but I wouldn't stay there again. I didn't feel welcomed and I felt like I was in the way of their jobs. I never felt comfortable or relaxed because I always felt like I had to leave my room before a certain time.

The location is good which is close to train station in 5 mins walking distance. The room cleanliness is good. But the air condition/ventilation is disappointing. I booked the non-smoking room, but I still can smell the smoking intermittently. Even late at night, I was awaken by the bad smoking smell. What is the point I book non-smoking but you let people smoking outside in the corridor or lift area or other rooms? Can't imagine this can happen at Hampton/Hilton.

Great design, awesome technology like robot room service. Breakfast was immense. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to railway station by DiDi. We had a good sized, well laid out corner room on level 8, non smoking room. Staff friendly and helpful. Used translator app to communicate which was easy. Slept well.
Smoking in entrance was stinky and I feel for the staff working at reception with smoke all day. Lifts are slow, plan on waiting time. Used washing machine but it didn’t get out clothes clean. Not sure if it was user error or not.

We were welcome by Jia Jia (佳佳）upon arrival. She was very friendly & helpful. There were no available male staff during our check in, so Jia Jia even offered to help us to bring all our luggage to room.
On our last day, we told her we will check out early in the morning. She immediately arrange packed breakfast for us without our request.
Thank you Jia Jia for your kind hospitality. We definitely will come back to stay here because of you.

We requested for non smoking rooms but was a bit disappointed as people are still smoking along the lift lobby and corridor and staircase. Hence the public lobby area is still smelly with cigarette smell.

Quality consider OK. There are only two lift. No sign of up or down. While waiting for lift, we have no idea as to going up or down. Room shoes are of good quality. Room size is not that big, compared to what we enjoy in Sanya. Breakfast very good, many variety. View? Adjacent building! Reception is merely doing her job, nothing to comment. Washing machine and dryer is added value to the hotel.

It is clean and nice location, very close to subway. The room is a bit of small compared to other hotels nearby but it has newer facilities. We used the lounge area on the lobby when someone visited and it’s very nice and has complimentary drinks and cookies which is very nice.
