In a hamlet with 25 houses 15 km from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti Castelnuovo Berardenga, in a secluded, elevated position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 3 ha (fenced), plants and trees, swimming pool (10 x 15 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-20:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
