We booked the hotel only a couple of weeks before going but looking at the photos and all the facilities like the games room, beach bar and entertainmet, we thought this looked great. The games room and the beach probably made us book it. For a start, we flew to Alicante airport with no idea that the hotel was 140km away from Alicante airport. Valencia airport is much closer? Speaking to other guests, we also paid £350 for the transport which was over double than other families. Weather hasn't been great but that's the risk coming in October. Hotel is very clean with no flies or smells etc. please read.. If you are all inclusive, you WILL have to PAY for the games room AND the bar on the beach. They DO NOT tell you this on booking and we thought everything was in. If we knew that we had to pay for the beach bar and games room, we wouldn't have come. However, there is no option to book "ultra all inclusive on booking" this entitles you to the games room and beach bar for free. They make you believe that everything's included on the website and photos and it's not. We booked 7 days and didn't arrive until 1.40am on Friday and we go home in the early hours of Thursday morning meaning we lose well over a day of our holiday. When we arrived I couldn't get my booking information as they wouldn't let me sign into the WiFi without me booking in?! So this isn't great when you've dragged your kids round for 8 hours through the night and can't get your booking confirmation up on your phone. Rooms very clean but basic. There isn't enough chairs for us all to sit outside. Plus you all have to sleep in the same room. There was no water in the fridge but there is a kettle and hot drinks and a few cans of cold drink but they will NOT top up your fridge again during your stay so make sure you bring water. Sadly again, you have to be "ultra all inclusive" for this. We didn’t have a great room with a great view considering a lot of rooms are empty. We have visited several magic hotels and all the others provided a packed lunch or something to eat after all of the travelling on arrival. This is the worst one of them all for this when you arrive. The food is "ok". It does seem to cater more for Spanish. It's nice to be taken to your table though and asked what drink you would like when sat down. The foods don't look very appetising but some dishes are nice but my 2 children struggled to find things they liked. The restaurant is open all day but most of the food is out all day and dry. We ended up finding a shop and buying some Nutella as my children have autism and they didn’t have beans or anything to go on their breakfast. The snack vans with burgers don't open until 4pm which I think is far too late. They do toasted sandwiches, chips, hotdogs and pink burgers but this doesn’t open until 4pm. You can help yourself to ice cream from the restaurant all day. Entertainment wise, there is not a lot for older children. I will say this as nicely as possible. The
