Stayed here for 2nights ,27th and 28th December, thought it was lovely, waiting and bar staff very helpful, not a very extensive menu but ok. We brought 2 champagne flutes with us and the box they were in,also was left sitting beside them with a bottle of bubbly to share which we did on the Friday evening before going out . Next morning we went out a walk, came back our room had been made up and our champagne flutes had disappeared along with the housekeeper. Decided to let it go as we didn’t really need them .although they were nice, but when we checked out and arrived home and was unpacking I realised that a item of clothing-a top- was missing,I called the hotel on 2 occasions 1st time I got the receptionist who said she would call me back 2nd time a female with a foreign accent,to which all she could do was correct me as I inadvertently called the hotel Murray Inn instead of Arms. Still waiting for an update from them,so the moral of my story is keep an eye on your belongings because when there gone and you go,you’ve had it .Wouldn’t Return!!
