L'hôtel est très propre, la réception est très accueillante et le lit est très confortable. L'emplacement est très bon, en face du musée et d'un pont vers la colline du Capitole, le pont est très beau. Le parking de l'hôtel coûte 17,5 yuans après taxes pour une journée, et la voiture peut entrer et sortir à volonté pendant le séjour. Après le check-out, vous pouvez vous arrêter jusqu'à 17h00 (mais ne peut que s'arrêter, ne peut pas entrer après être sorti).

This was my first-time stay at reStays Ottawa. I booked four suites for a team business trip in April 2023 (2- and 3-night stays). Very glad to have chosen this hotel over my other go-to's! This is now my Ottawa favourite and I highly recommend it for the following reasons: - Value: Great for this calibre of amenities (spacious, new, clean, modern in-suite furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful provisions, terrific meeting spaces, public amenities - what a view on the 12th floor). Comfortable bedding for several nights of good sleep. - Service: Front desk staff (Josh, Mark) were very helpful with our requests. - Location: Excellent! Short walking distance to Parliament, Rideau Centre, Byward Market, etc. Whether for short or longer stays, I highly recommend this gem of a downtown Ottawa hotel.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant notre visite à Ottawa, surpris les chambres sont tranquilles. Nous avons un lit de taille double que la reine pourrait adapter 4 personnes. Il y avait un réfrigérateur dans la chambre, ce qui est un bonus. Le lit était si confortable pour moi. La salle de bains était très confortable et la douche était très puissante. Bien que, lors de l'enregistrement, il y ait eu une erreur de la réceptionniste, nous avons demandé il y a quelques mois une chambre de connexion, comme nous voyageons avec la famille, mais elle donne la chambre de connexion à un autre client seulement 3 minutes après notre arrivée. Il y a une piscine dans l'hôtel, mais il est en rénovation à ce moment-là. On nous a dit d'utiliser la piscine des hôtels voisins comme complimentaire, qui se trouve à quelques pas de marche. Nous n'avons donc pas utilisé. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans le prix, mais vous pouvez l'acheter à l'hôtel. Il était en fait un bon petit déjeuner et goûts bons. Il y avait un bar à l'hôtel que je vous recommande d'essayer la bière canadienne son si refroidissant et goûts bons. Les barmans nous conseillent même des lieux de visite sur notre prochaine arrêt. Je recommande cet hôtel, si proche du parlement et des lieux touristiques à Ottawa.

L'hôtel est sur la route, la porte est relativement basse. Veuillez prendre soin de voir la salubrité de la chambre, mais pas très large. Après tout, la position au centre de Ottawa est vraiment très bonne et très pratique de voyager. Les attractions géographiques et les bâtiments de la semaine dernière peuvent être atteints à pied.

Nous avons été souvent à Ottawa mais c’est la première fois que nous y avons été dans cet hôtel. Comme on est membre privilège, on a choisi cet hôtel pour sa position, ses services et sa piscine intérieur. Pour s’y rendre c’est très facile avec le nouveau O-train. Cet hôtel est situé à 2 pas de la station Lyon. Au niveau de l’accueil, le tout était impeccable, malgré le fait que nous étions avec notre fils et notre chien d’assistance. Ensuite, nous avions une belle chambre avec vue sur la rivière et la Cours Suprême du Canada. De plus nous avions accès au Lounge de la Conciergerie situé au 26ième étage. Encore une fois, le personnel à cet endroit était très accueillant, serviable et disponible. Nous avons déjeuner dans ce « lounge » ainsi que goûter à des collations en fin de journée. Le nourriture était excellent, en quantité suffisante et je me répète, avec le service A+. Ensuite, nous avons profité des installations de l’hôtel. La piscine intérieur était chauffée à la bonne température. Il y avait aussi deux salles de jeux, une pour les tous petits et une pour les ados. On a joué aux arcades, PS4, hockey sur coussin d’air, etc. Vraiment sympathique comme endroit quand on a des enfants. Nous avons aussi commander un plat pour notre fils avec le service aux chambres. Encore une fois le service était excellent, rapide et la nourriture pour enfant de qualité. Nous avons aussi pris des cafés au Starbucks qui est situé dans l’hôtel. Pour une rare fois nous n’avons pas par contre essayé le restaurant de l’hôtel. En conclusion, nous avons aimé cet hôtel et le personnel nous offre un excellent service. Bravo à toute l’équipe. Petit bémol pourquoi il n’a pas 5 étoiles, c’est l’âge de l’hôtel qui a un décor des années 1990 et la piscine qui manque cruellement d’un SPA. Bon séjour.

La chambre était propre et j'aimais la chambre aussi. La chambre était spacieuse, ce qui est quelque chose que j'ai aimé. J'ai eu un problème avec le service, que j'ai finalement dû appeler le service client Marriott, mais autre chose, je l'aimais. J'ai pu marcher au Parlement. Si vous cherchez une chambre spacieuse, cela pourrait être une bonne option.

Our family of 4 needed a hotel near the airport between connecting flights so our expectation was not high. We always had good experience with other Hampton Inns so this was just an easy choice, assuming a known quality hotel and also close to the airport. The Good about this hotel - 1. close to airport 2. free shuttle (details to follow) 3. has a couple restaurants just across from the parking lot if you don't want to venture out too far 4. check-in was quick The Bad - 1. Free shuttle only starts at 6am so if you need to catch an early flight you'll need to find a taxi. In our case, we had to pre-book a taxi the night before because we needed to get to the airport at 4:30am. 2. The hotel shuttle was just a plain white van with no signs indicating it's for Hampton Inn. Driver was not in any kind of uniform and when I knocked on his window trying to inquire, he came out and yelled 'What's going on'. Well not exactly what I expect a hotel shuttle driver to identify himself that way. When I asked if he's from Hampton Inn the answer was yes. But in retrospect any random guy can give me the same answer and we just kinda need to trust that driver that he's a legitimate Hampton Inn shuttle driver. The whole short trip to the hotel we were wondering if we would end up getting mugged. Just not a good feeling and I think the hotel can handle this a lot better, how hard is it to give this driver an uniform with a hampton inn logo, or print a hampton inn logo on a piece of paper and put it on the dashboard. At least something to make your shuttle and driver look a little bit more legitimate and make your guests feel a little bit safer. 3. As mentioned earlier we pre-booked a taxi to pick us up at 4:15am, turns out the front desk forgot to book it for us. When we got down to the lobby and looked for the taxi, that's when the front desk guy realized he forgot about it. So we waited for another 10-12 mins for the taxi to come. (taxi fare from hotel to airport was less than $20) 4. Not all electric outlets are working, in our room the one attached to the side table lamp didn't seem to work. Had to search high and low to have enough outlets to charge 4 phones and 4 apple watches. The Very Bad - The mattress was the absolute worse, I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn that have mattresses that dip down about 2 inches and with no support whatsoever. I'm not a big person, but my husband is so the whole night I was sinking and rolling to my husband's side. All I needed was a few hours of sleep between flights and I could not get that because of the mattress. Tossing and turning the whole night and could not find a good position. My back was hurting the next day like I was sleeping on an absolute garbage mattress the night before. We did not use the free breakfast, coffee wasn't ready during our stay, no other amenities were used. The poor rating is given based on the fact that everything we needed for a short stay in this hotel fell far sho

Adapté aux familles voyageant en voiture, le parking est gratuit. Vous devez vous rendre en voiture en ville. La chambre est grande, le lit est confortable, calme et propre, le prix est modéré, c'est recommandé. Il y a un micro-ondes dans la chambre. Si vous ne sortez pas manger le soir, vous pouvez réchauffer des plats simples.
