L’hôtel est un peu loin, pas d’isolation phonique entre les chambres et le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus

As IHG employees, we booked 2 rooms to that hotel, because the price, the benefits and the location of course. For my luck, my friend knows the language. Otherwise there no possibility to communicate. When we arrived around 23:00, wanted to check in, and the man at reception said no English.. Came another one, also no English. My friend asked them about the employees benefits, they had no idea, and said us to ask next day morning the supervisor..try asked him, again no English, and also had no idea and said us to ask the next one. The next one was the same from check in.. My friend called reception to inform that both rooms the safe box not working, no one came.. The day after we asked the cleaners and they fixed them. The same about toilet paper..after 8 hours and after 3 calls the brought us. Also they didn’t helped is when during midnight we needed a pharmacy. They said us to google to find one. Feel so bad when to a 4star hotel you can’t communicate. From the other side a special thanks to the room cleaners.. very polite, very professional all the days.. At room you can find everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom also big and all the amenities. The menü cards in rooms was just in Turkish.no English. My friend ordered for us some times room service, food was nice and too much.

giriş işlemi çok acemice idi,odamız eski ve banyo kapısını resepsiyona tekrarlarca söylememize rağmen yapmadılar,ütü hizmetinden faydalandık ama odamıza geldiğimizde kapımızı açık bırakmışlardı,kesinlikle bir daha tercih etmem

Israrla talep etmemize rağmen önü kapalı, yangın merdivenine bakan bir oda verildi! Camlar aylardır temizlenmediğinden kir pas içindeydi! Kahvaltıda ekmekler Dondurulmuş, bayat ve "Kalamiti Jayne'nin kurabiyeleri gibi kafa kıran cinstendi! Omlet istedik ancak ilgili görevli maalesef beceremedi ve yapamadı! Tavaya yapıştırdı!

Thy pandemi biletim yanmasın diye apar topar geldiğim şehirde iki gece kaldığım otel ETS den daha uygun fiyatla rezervasyon yaptım hemde taksitli Beş yıldızlı oteller bölgesinde, aynı zamanda yanıbaşında Medical Park hastanesi var Şehirden 25-30 liraya taksiyle gelmek mümkün Yürüyerek 15-30 dakika merkeze Otel temiz ve bakımlı Kahvaltısı açık büfe ***et doyurucu Havaalanı için otelin kendi servisi 120-130 TL Yeni havaalanı binası 25 km uzaklıkta Odalarda tuvalet fırçası isteğe bağlı İHG otel grubu kuralları böyleymiş En en en önemli şikayetim: Bazı odalarda camdaki ses yalıtımının acilen elden geçirilmesi, fitillerinin değiştirilmesi naçizane tavsiyem Caddenin sesi olduğu gibi odada duyuluyordu 8 küsur yıllık böyle yeni ve marka otele yakışmıyor Bana bu konuda yardımcı olarak odamı değiştiren Sevgi ve Gülsün hanımlara teşekkür ediyorum Birkaç oda denedikten sonra daha küçük yan tarafa bakan bir oda bulduk Ses yalıtımı iyiydi mışıl mışıl uyuduk Ayrıca personelin hepsi ilgili, kapı karşılama görevlisi güleryüzlüydü

Otele sadece uyumaya geldiğimiz için çok fazla hizmeti hakkında yazıcak bir şeyim yok. Sadece ne otele girerken ne de çıkarken eşyaları taşımaya kimse yardım etmedi. Otelde az bir süre geçirdik fakat yetti pisliklerine şahit olmamıza.Ses yalıtımı berbattı. Ve nasıl bir otelse gecenin ikisinde ne niyetle geldikleri belli olan insanlara yan odamızı verdiler ve hayatımda yaşadığım en rezil şeyi yaşadım. Çok açık açık yazamıyorum fakat bir saat boyunca o insanları dinlemek zorunda kaldım. Ve sanki bizim odamızın içinde gibilerdi. Müzik ya da televizyonu açamadım eşim uyuduğu için. Ki zaten o da uyandı en sonunda. Bir saatin sonunda önce biri sonra diğeri çıktı gitti odadan ve biz hepsine şahit olmak zorunda kaldık.Hayatımdaki en rezil otel deneyimiydi. Saatin çok geç oluşu ve sabah yola çıkıcak oluşumuzdan dolayı çıkıp gidemedik. Ama bir daha asla tercihim olmaz. Orayı nasıl insanların tercih ettiği, ne amaçla işletildiği açık.

Tatil amaçlı gittiğimiz Gaziantep'te konaklama için ne kadar doğru seçim yaptığımızı içeriye girdiğimizde güler yüzle karşılaşınca anladım.Tüm departmanlarda çalışanlar güler yüzlü,samimi ve yardımsever.Özellikle Osman Bey ve Esen Hanım işlerinde çok başarılılar,kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim.Gaziantep'e tekrar yolum düşerse adresim belli Holiday Inn.
