Almost all rooms in the hotel have bathtubs, showers are only available in the highest category rooms, which were completely sold out. Assigning a room for people with disabilities requires prior reservation with the reservation department. We did not have any ill will, only that the hotel was full and that is why we were unable to move you to another room. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will address this matter promptly.
