The hotel is quite rundown. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. For me, it's still okay cuz I was there just for work. It's sharing a building with a failed mall that is already shut down.

Thank you for your hospitality and friendly staffs but the hotel facility, disposable slippers could be made available & further improved.The swimming pool is a catch! The lift has no security to care for guest coming in out & lift breakdown shld have been fixed same day or few hours time. See you again.

Hotel room is big. But overall lack of maintenance. 1. Room toilet paper tissue paper not well prepared until we request. 2. The room condition not very clean. 3. The sauna can’t find. Overall a lot of place not well Maintenance. 4. Parking lot is terrible.

More the 5times check in here, so far so good

Something or someone tried to open the room door during the midnight around 3 oclock in the morning. It either human@worker or ghost doing it. If happends to you, its better to check the cctv after the incident. Be careful all.

Nice places good environment. Alot shop to eat nice food around

The time we went is not school holidays, the hotel is quite leisure and not pack with people. For a room to stay with cleanliness concern the most. I were satisfied with the hotel. The only thing is the mearby not much food that we can have. However is quite and a swimming pool that free of people during this period too. If u js think of a room to sleep ajd rest. This hotel consider worth and budgeted. Breakfast included also reduce our headache to find food outside by purposely drive out.

Nice pleasant stay, cabinet light faulty,tap at wash basin loose and shower knob missing.

The best thing about this hotel is its location which is next to Marrybrown and a Mamak restaurant that serve very good roti canai. This hotel is near to bus station, so there are also 24-hour convenient stores like 7e within walking distance. Apart from that, I think the room is not as clean and there are some parts which is a bit torn down and moldy.

In the room,the carpet is heavily soiled, spillage of coffee other kind of liquids. Shower handle Screws r missing can come off. Have cockroach 🪳 can fly also. Tried three different rooms at different levels,soap holder beside show is either bend or dangling because maintenance has no time to see. In one room Water hose leading to shower the insulation is all broken. Latest experience at room 1410 got bitten by bedbugs. I heard even after recommendation refuse the facility management refuse to buy carpet shampoo machine , without it how to clean the carpet 😔
