As the highway offers the shortest and most convenient route to popular areas like Bukit Indah and beyond, toll usage is sometimes unavoidable. While alternative routes are available, they may take longer and could be less convenient. We completely understand how unsettling it must have been for you and your family when returning late at night to find the surrounding shoplots occupied by foreign workers and their personal items visible around the buildings. Unfortunately, as our hotel is located in an industrial area that is still developing, the activity around the shoplots is something beyond our direct control.That said, we take your concern seriously. Our security team is on duty 24/7 and we continue to work with the local authorities to improve the environment outside the hotel so that it better matches the comfort and safety we provide inside.
