It was quite a pleasure hotel to stay with nearby amenities walking distance and a brightly lighting make a plus for security lookout. Hopefully the hotel whenever possible allow early check-in coz I trust like myself early check out can possible allow next guest to check in slightly earlier perhaps 12 to 1pm instead of 3pm as some guests likely already there .

The stay was the worst I ever had.I had my booking for just one day with 100 issues needs to faced.I was pretty sure I booked a premium suite to have a pleasant stay but in turned out the other way round the WiFi wasn't working,the TV wasn't working as well,didn't have a proper shower supplies and the lift took nearly 45 min each floor.Hope the management take proper action.check in took a very long time also...

Everything is good except the floor. Is dusty as you step into it . That isn't much issuebover it. The only CONs is the Whatsapp customer hotline will never get to respond or answered to your messages even after 3days when I checked out.

Toilet in master bedroom was a bit dirty. Please improve the cleanliness. Room is spacious, can fit more than 4 people. Overall, worth the price and will definitely come back.

Terrible stay. Pls avoid this apartment esp you have tight travel schedule. The check in queue was 50-60min with at least 30 people queuing. The lift is always inadequate and I have to walked all the way down 20 storeys after waiting for almost 15min. I have never seen such poorly managed and designed AirBnB.

The front office does not have the bookings under their in house system, waited for 2 hours and require the client to contact trip.com. No complement end of the day
