The Ascent Suites Genting Highlands

Chambre très propre et service excellent. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné des principales attractions de Genting Highlands, mais propose des navettes toutes les heures jusqu'à 23h30. Vous pouvez scanner un QR code et réserver la navette. J'y retournerai lors de mon prochain voyage.

The service was good...easy to find reception other then before this they already change the place of reception ...

Everything was great. No problem with food as got 24hrs convenience store and also 24 hrs kitchen.

It's a Condotel and Trip.com should make it clear that it's within the Grand Ion Delemen complex. Impressive suite but needed better maintenance. Our WiFi not working and one aircon/heating unit not working. No hot water in one of the bathrooms.

I have stayed here a few times and i believe their management changed and I wasn't getting the room type i booked as they gave out the room type that i PAID FOR IN ADVANCE TO SOMEONE THAT CHECK-IN EARLIER. This is something I wasn't expecting. My booking was at tower 7 but was assigned tower 4 on a low floor with nothing out my window.

Room is huge but furniture and fixtures are run down. The water drainage wasn’t good and we had to ask the staff to unclog the shower area drainage as water wasn’t flowing well. Reception is at another block and you have to walk far to check out or raise any issues you have with the room.

Very comfortable stay. Will be my choice for next visit to genting. Good and helpful staff. The only thing which is should improve was the reception place and parking. Too far. Hard to find the way.

Trying out all hotels across Genting, this one was a hit and miss. The rooms were huge, studio size with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. No sofa but 2 chairs which was weird. Great views but cleanliness is definitely questionable. The place has been opened since 2018 and it definitely shows. Marks on the pillows. Dust in the corners and a stench from the toilet drains which smelt like sewage. Horrible smell which I could barely stand, nearly threw up whilst showering. Good amenities around the area and friendly staff. Cleanliness definitely needs to be checked up on. One of the further places in genting but a nice drive away from the crowds.
