Ocean Views - Comfy Family Home Sleeps up to 10 - Wow

Flip Flops on the Hilltop is a vacation rental property designed for families and/or groups of up to 10 total guests. A large 2-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, family room, sitting area, bar & gaming table, and a laundry room. There is a welcoming front porch, screened-in balcony (overlooking Palm Bay and Elizabeth Harbor), and a sundeck with lounge chairs. Plenty of space with decor designed for all the comforts of home. The extra large chef-inspired kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals. The home can accommodate up to 10 guests; the primary bedroom is on the second floor with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the first floor; two with queen-sized beds and another with custom-made dual bunkbeds with XL-twin mattresses. The family room has a large sectional couch and Smart TV for those relaxing evenings watching your favorite streaming shows. There is also a chest filled with board games for the kids to enjoy, plus a Foosball Table, Corn Hole game, Jenga, and a Card Table. Flip Flops on the Hilltop is located just 1.5 miles from Georgetown and is only a 12-14 minute drive from the Exuma airport (GGT). Our home is also part of the Hideaways Beach Club on Palm Bay. The amenities at Hideaways are included for our guests to enjoy; this includes a pool, club room, workout room, and water toys (kayaks and paddle boards). Splash Restaurant is also on site and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner most of the year. We also provide our guests with ice chests (one large and 2 small), beach towels, beach chairs, floaties, and a wagon. The walk down to Hideaways and the beach is only 2-3 minutes; Palm Bay Beach is often shallow and calm with great snorkeling along the rock formations. Palm Bay Beach is also a short 5-6 minute walk along the beach to Jolly Hall Beach (one of our favorites). For your comfort, each bedroom has its own AC unit which is remote controlled. The ideal temperature settings are around 72-73 degrees. Its okay to lower to 70 degrees at night in each bedroom; but please turn off when leaving the house for the day. Each floor also has large AC units which should remain on at 73-74 degrees during the day (please turn off at night). When departing for home, please leave these larger units on but set the temperature to 76 degrees and all bedroom units should be turned off. Starlink WiFI is also available. Lastly, once your booking is confirmed, you will be notified via this platform and via email. We also provide a copy of our Welcome Book which will be very helpful for planning tours, beach visits, renting a car and/or a boat, and checking out the list of restaurants for dining out.
