This 10,000 SF house is triple the size of most rental houses on Exuma. The Prime Minister stays here every April. The oversized pool/hot tub/deck/cabana/100” outdoor movie theater are bigger and better than most Caribbean hotels. Experience seamless indoor-outdoor living with shaded lounges, open-air kitchen, secluded outdoor showers, island Tiki Sky Bar, and dining areas under the stars. All with exceptional panoramic views of the ocean. It is the most outstanding outdoor living space on the island. Located at the apex of a hill above the Hotel Zone. Walk to three restaurants/beach bars at the base of the driveway as well as The Fish Fry. Walk to the incredibly calm and beautiful Jolly Hall Beach, where you can snorkel a reef directly from the shore. Walk to a private dock where you can board your boat, join an excursion, or catch the shuttle boat en route to Stocking Island and it’s five beach clubs. Short drive to groceries and boat rental. LOCATION. IS. EVERYTHING. ON. EXUMA. • Summit Exuma guests enjoy complimentary shuttle boat service to the Peace and Plenty Beach Club on Stocking Island. When your whole vacation is within 5 minutes of the house, your vacation explodes with choices. Unlike most rental homes that have no walkable restaurants or boat lift and require very long drives down the winding two-lane road just to get to a grocery store or rental boat, Summit Exuma is set in the island’s most coveted area atop the hotel district just outside Georgetown. • Three restaurants/bars down the hill, at the base of the driveway. • The popular Fish Fry, home to 12 authentic Bahamian bars and restaurants including Shirley’s is a 1/4-mile to the right/south. • The ultra-protected and calm water Jolly Hall Beach is 300 yards to the north. Think of the perfect beach... this is it. Easy snorkeling right from the beach, the reef starts at five feet deep and reaches ten feet deep in the center. • Quick taxi ride into George Town to hit the grocery store, straw market, Minn's Water Sports (boat rental), several more restaurants, boat shuttles to Stocking Island etc... • Stocking Island/Elizabeth Harbor is where most of the boating, sandbars, beach bars, and snorkeling on Exuma happens. This is where you want to be. (Summit guests can walk to a private dock and catch a prearranged shuttle boat enroute to Stocking Island.) Summit Exuma allows effortless exploration: from dining to boating to nightlife, your entire vacation is within minutes. THE BEACH: Your Private Path to Paradise Summit Exuma is a 10 minute walk from Jolly Hall Beach — widely regarded as the best calm-water swimming and snorkeling beach on Great Exuma. Walk out to the snorkeling reef from the shore. The reef is at a depth of five feet, ten feet in the center. For added fun, rent a family sized dune buggy to dart back and forth. • Accessed via a discreet path, this pristine beach remains untouched by commercial development. As with all beaches in the Bahamas, it is public, but its low profile keeps it serene and uncrowded. • Protected by surrounding islands, Jolly Hall Beach offers a half-mile stretch of tranquil shoreline, making it an ideal destination for swimming, snorkeling, relaxing, and savoring the beauty of Exuma as it was 50 years ago. While many vacation homes on Exuma showcase photos of idyllic, calm waters, the reality is that much of the island’s coastline experiences rough surf most of the time. Selecting a location with reliably calm waters is paramount, the best being Jolly Hall. Located down the hill and left 300 yards. AMENITIES • Beach chairs, coolers, water floats, snorkel equipment, beach wagon, and lots of beach towels. • 10 smart TV's, cards and games for the kids and grown-ups, theater popcorn maker for movie night in the loft. • All beds have luxurious medium-plush mattresses and super-soft luxury linens. • Bathrooms: oversized bath towels, toilet paper, antibacterial hand soap, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. • Fully equipped kitchen: Two refrigerators, two freezers, two commercial ice makers, stainless-steel appliances, three-12 cup coffee makers, coffee grinder, Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, French press, cappuccino/espresso maker, cookware, blender, 12 Qt crock pot/pressure cooker, deep fryer, KitchenAid mixer, wine glasses, beer mugs, and so much more. • Garbage bags, dish soap, starter dishwasher detergent and paper towels.
