Très bel hôtel et très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique. Piscine agréable.

Un hôtel élégant et chic, stratégiquement situé près de Little India, du quartier artistique et du musée de la gastronomie, tous à quelques minutes. La jetée est à environ 15 minutes à pied. Cependant, en tant que voyageuse seule, toutes les rues adjacentes sont sombres et calmes, donc je ne me sentais pas à l'aise de me promener après 21h00. La chambre était confortable et joliment conçue, le lit était confortable et le minibar gratuit et les bonbons laissés dans le pot tous les jours étaient une touche agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais le service de restauration en chambre était excellent et les repas étaient fantastiques. La chambre dispose également d'un filtre à eau, ce qui permet d'économiser l'achat d'eau en bouteille. Tout le personnel était agréable et serviable. La vue depuis la piscine sur le toit est superbe, même si la piscine est plus petite. J'ai apprécié mes trois nuits et je recommande l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est très proche de la gare routière, il faut une demi-heure pour prendre un taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport, c'est très pratique pour voyager. Le pont Nom de famille, le musée Nyonya, la rue Murale et les restaurants de fruits de mer sous les grands arbres sont tous accessibles à pied. La salle n'est pas grande mais très neuve. Il y a de nombreuses sortes de boissons et de collations dans le réfrigérateur et elles sont toutes gratuites. La piscine emblématique offre une vue imprenable mais est un peu petite : vers cinq heures, toutes les chaises de plage étaient pleines. Le service de conciergerie de l'hôtel est très bon et prendra l'initiative de porter les bagages. Il y a un gars qui parle chinois à la réception, donc la communication est facile. Je n'ai pas réservé de petit-déjeuner car je devais prendre un vol, mais on m'a offert un verre de bienvenue, que l'on peut déguster au restaurant de l'hôtel. Bien que l'environnement du restaurant n'ait pas de décor, l'environnement intérieur est très bon.

The Prestige Hotel is one of the very interesting hotels that we have stayed in. The staff explained how the design elements of the shower room came about and also the corridor walkway. I shall not disclose the information till you stayed in this hote. Overall, the location is good, and the hotel is comfy. We arrived early, but they allowed us to check in early as it's my birthday. The staff also send in-room a cake. Nice gestures and friendly staff. My son wasn't well and rested in the room. Upon hearing that, one of the female staff offered to deliver porridge to his room. Such great service. Thanks to all the staff, we had a great stay in Penang.

Lovely Valentine Day experience at The Prestige Hotel. Couldn’t say more about the awesome decor of the suite room. Very classy. Great port view from the swimming pool. Enjoyed the cute tidbits and hospitality from room bar. Also grateful for their flexibility with check in and checkout time. Appreciative of the good service from concierge, housekeeping and reception. Only comment is that F&B team needs to be more attentive and ensure their payment terminal is in working condition.

Location and service are prefect for family traveler. A lot of food to explore~

We had just celebrated our 39th Anniversary Wedding at your hotel. The room we are staying in is very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay very much. The buffet breakfast at Glasshouse is good and enjoyable. It is very relaxing. Swimming pool is beautiful and we can enjoy the nice sea view from the pool. Located at Tourist Area and a lot of attractions.

I had pleasure stay at Prestige Hotel, it was an unforgettable experience. The local staff were incredibly attentive, made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with a touch of heritage charm. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang!

Staffs were all very friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean, pretty to take some nice pictures as well :)

Quite a pleasant surprise! With its location, we were able to do our own tour to many places of interest by walking. Even George Town is pretty old, but Prestige hotel had been completely modernised internally giving one a fairy tale feel. We had a loft suite and everything was complimentary, from welcome bottle of wine, fruit plate to mini bar and executive lounge service. Our room was cleaned twice a day and there were always clean towels to use. We particularly like the filter system within our room for drinking water. Swimming pool was a bit small but the horizon view was fantastic. Gym was small with a few equipment only.

Everything is prestigious! Excellent staff and facilities. Everything is first class. All things have been thought-of and designed elegantly for the pleasure of their visitors. Location is quiet yet convenient to local attractions and eateries within walking distance. I especially like the very neat design of the hotel toiletries (see picture) Brilliantly done.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Penang and dare I say in Malaysia (ok except Crockfords). But at this price, the value and quality and service is just unbeatable. Just simply amazed by warmth of staff, the room service is excellent and house keeping impeccable. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent services from the hotel staffs. The room was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if we visit Penang again in the future.
