Pro Location is super near to a very big mall which is Gurney Plaza, just walk less than 2min after exit hotel lobby Cleaniness are well maintained. Super friendly staff, feels welcome the moment u stepped in. I took the executive package which comes with free flow drinks, food, and also simple dinner and free flow alcohol in the evening. However if you are planning for food trip around Penang you might want to opt out this. Free parking, decent size swimming pool for children, great gym with lots of equipment but might be a bit cramp, great variety for breakfast buffet. They share facilities with nearby G Hotel Kelawei like swimming pool, gym and lounge. Besides Kelawei has a pool party which is free to play. They have a buggy to bring you there too. Cons I got a room with bad working AC. Took some time to get it done. I took the buffet dinner at 168 but not much choices and even though the theme is crab but the crab always gone the moment they refill and you need to wait min 10min till the next round. Would recommend to go outside for a better dinner.

Stay : 2025, 01-03 Jan. Hotel location is next to shopping mall. Many eateries around. Room is spacious, sparkling clean! Overall pleasant stay and we will come back if we visit again.

G hotel location is exellent. . i can just go to the next door, Gurney plaza to shop, karaoke, watching movie and most importantly, food is easily accesseble, very suitable for elderly person who cant walk far. Room is spacious and clean

Upon arrival at the front desk, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service, along with a welcome ice cream. We were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a king bed room. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had thoughtfully accommodated my request made online to be near the elevator, as I was traveling with two young children and wanted to avoid walking too far. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. To our surprise, the minibar included a birthday cake, as I had mentioned online that we were staying to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary snacks and soft drinks, which were a lovely bonus. We chose this hotel for its convenience, as it allowed our two children to rest easily after getting tired from exploring the mall. It turned out to be exactly as we hoped—super convenient. The hotel is also close to a famous food street, but unfortunately, we couldn’t visit due to the rain. Instead, we dined at one of the many restaurant options within the mall. The breakfast the next morning was abundant and delicious, and since our two kids are under five, they enjoyed complimentary breakfast as well. We have no regrets about choosing this hotel. Room is so spacious, big enough for 2 person! Excellent location which is just 10min driving distance to town for foods!

Stayed in Executive Suite. The room is very spacious, and the club lounge has a comfortable spread of food that our family enjoyed.
