"Nous avons séjourné ici trois nuits avant et une nuit après un voyage à l'intérieur. Chaque chambre (différent à chaque visite) était spacieuse, propre et confortable, avait un énorme lit confortable avec un lit magnifique, un réfrigérateur et une grande caisse. La première visite a toutefois eu un problème qui nécessitait le remplacement des piles sûres, mais nous avons bien réparé cette situation, mais nous avons pensé qu'elle aurait dû être vérifiée avant notre arrivée. La plupart des douches que nous avons pris dans la première chambre étaient très froides ou chaudes, au mieux. Nous avons signalé cela et on a dit qu'il serait regardé dans, mais rien n'est arrivé. La température était bonne dans la deuxième chambre. Le barman et certains membres du personnel de la réception n'ont pas eu un éthique de service à la clientèle, n'ont pas fait de contact avec les yeux et n'ont pas fini leurs propres priorités avant de nous traiter. Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était de bonne qualité avec une variété de choix à partir du buffet et d'un menu, et les repas de soir étaient meilleurs que les snacks de bar. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ici et nous avons l'impression que c'est une bonne option si vous voulez un hôtel Georgetown de qualité raisonnable mais avec un sentiment traditionnel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which has a lovely boutique feel throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making the whole experience feel very personal. I was travelling with someone who has multiple allergies, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, which we really appreciated. The service felt genuinely attentive and thoughtful. The food was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was a highlight, with plenty of fresh fruit and a variety of hot options that changed daily. The lounge area was spacious and relaxing and perfect for unwinding. Our room was very clean, generously sized, and well-maintained, with bottled water provided every day. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a good location and we felt very safe throughout our stay. Kanuku Suites

"The Kanuku Suites provides limited service accommodations for mostly work related guests. I stayed here for the better part of a week. I personally found the amenities and services on the website misleading. Employees are helpful and kind but require more hospitality training. The Angel Restaurant looks like a "Bottom House" restaurant and requires serious upgrading in every department. The complimentary breakfast is pathetic. I also get the feeling there is a master servant relationship between owner and staff. Is there enough value for the price of the room. Unequivocally No. Would I come back here. Not likely. "
