This apartment is located on the first floor of a family house in the heart of Gérardmer. Oriented to the south, it allows you to benefit from views of a centennial park of 2 Ha, and of the lake, located 300 m. The apartment is surrounded by balconies, including a large one that allows you to have lunch outside for ten or more people. The interior layout offers a kitchen open to the living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet. The accommodation capacity is 6-7 people. The apartment, classified *** (French Tourist Offices), was completely refurbished in 2014 with the cachet of family furniture. You have free access to WI-FI and you will find a grocery store, cleaning products, as well as the loan of goods which you could use (high chair, cot, baby bath, sledges ...). You will appreciate its geographical location both in the city center but also in peace: numerous free parking spaces in front of the house, close to all shops (30 m from the bakery, 500 m from the supermarket), 300 m from the lake, 50 m from the shuttle stop to access the ski slopes (access to the slopes in 5'-10 'by car), 300 m from the tennis pool bowling complex, in front of a public garden with children's games (opposite the casino-cinema), you can forget your car during your entire stay! By default, animals are not accepted but we sometimes make exceptions! Do not hesitate to ask us.
