We had a very pleasant experience in Sarovar Portico, Sasan Gir. The staff was helpful and the property is beautiful with Mango trees and a good swimming pool. The buffet food was marvellous and I thank the Cooks & Staff for their service. We also liked the roooms.

My stay here was far from satisfactory, primarily due to poor hygiene and subpar food quality. I had booked this place due to the brand name Sarovar but realised that their quality has dropped low. The bathroom was in a terrible state with broken tiles and rusted taps, which was a major concern. The room itself was inadequately lit; the yellow lights were too dim for nighttime use. Additionally, the ceiling fan was problematic, functioning either at full speed or very low speed, making it uncomfortable to use. The dining experience was equally disappointing. There were limited options available for both dinner and breakfast, and the quality of the food was merely average. Moreover, there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, and no one to open the door, which added to the overall negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in hygiene, amenities, and customer service.

Nice hotel. Good services and food was awesome. Located near Jungle Safari pick up point. Easily accessible the local market area. Staffs are very polite and supportive. Special thanks to Front Office team for guiding the safari details they were very helpful Mr. Anil and Mr. Kishor. Thank you sarovar portico team. Memorable stay.

Excellent stay. My all over experience was very good. It's completely pleasure to stay with Sarovar Portico, Sasan Gir. The room was very neat and clean with maintained hygene. Food was awesome. Service was very good. All stsffs are very polite and well behaved. Especially Mr. Anil and Mr. Bhavesh from front office team were very helpful. Memorable stay. Keep it up Sarovar Portico.
