Aparthotel Flinski Sport & Spa

I am disgusted by my visit to this hotel and the way they treat guests. Attached is my swimsuit before and after the visit.. I went with my friends for a weekend of rest and relaxation, and in return I got a ruined swimsuit, ruined jewelry and skin allergies. On Friday, the day of arrival, we went to the jacuzzi, unfortunately the amount of chlorine was terrifying, after a while our eyes started stinging and one of my friends noticed that my swimsuit changed color from pink to purple! I have been working in the swimming pool industry for 10 years and I have never had anything like this happen to me, such situations are unacceptable! After leaving the jacuzzi, we went to the reception to report the problem - at first the lady accepted everything without a problem - she took photos and apparently sent the information to the Management. The next day, the information was already on the reception: jacuzzi closed due to a failure.. Unfortunately, we did not receive any explanation, only a piece of paper to describe the complaint - a tragedy! Upon complaint, of course the hotel manager stated that this was a normal situation and nothing happened.. I advise against staying, because such disregard for people and their clients is reprehensible. The case was reported to the sanitary inspection.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. A typical trip to the mountains. Great location for skiing, storage spaces for sports equipment, gym, dry and wet sauna, very good standard of the entire hotel. Great and varied breakfasts where both vegetarians and meat eaters can compose a tasty meal. Apart from that a very decent restaurant with prices typical for Świeradów. And very nice and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Spacious room. Decent spa area (saunas, jacuzzi, pool). Great location. Excellent breakfasts. Locker rooms for skiis and ski boots. Cons: not enough parking places, room doors shut loudly when being closed - creates noise along corridor.
