Hôtels près de Ahmet Sezer Topaklı Bahçe, Golbasi

J'ai préféré m'installer à Ankara, à mon séjour dans le salon de l'officier, à mon hôtel de chronos, et à mon séjour, j'ai vu le personnel de qualité de service plus intéressant et plus régulière. Ils ont des améliorations dans les chambres, ils ont des clients qui les préfèrent.

L'hôtel de la Cour est à un niveau élevé en termes de localisation, de nettoyage, de capacités et de service du personnel.

Şehrin gürültüsünden uzak olduğu için tercih ettim. Memnun kaldım. Oda temiz, ihtiyaç duyacağınız malzeme eksiksiz. Kahvaltı ürünleri taze ve kaliteli. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Metal malzeme bulunan dış cephe gündüz gece sıcaklık farkından genleşme sesleri çıkartıyor ancak kısa sürede normale dönüyor. Çare bulunsa iyi olur ama aşırı rahatsız edici bir unsur değil.

Harika otel 🙂 guleryuzle karsilandim. Guleryuzle devam etti tum konaklamam. ☀️☀️☀️ Oda ferah genis. Banyo acayip temiz. Tum havlular koyulmus. Sicak su hic kesintisiz geldi. Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. The stay at this hotel was ok. Breakfast was very good. Great location, in the modern part of Ankara, with many restaurants around the corner and a mall. There were a couple of situations that may require improvement. First, the hotel has a very limited number of parking places, and they ask for your car key and will park the car for you. For me, this is always a bit inconvenient, especially because we were on a long road trip and had things in the car we might need, or not (but surely we were not willing to bring ‘everything’ to the room). On the second day, when we got to the hotel, I parked in a spot where I saw they parked the guest cars themselves. But still they asked me for the key! When I tried to understand why, a small discussion took place, a mixture of discomfort and language difficulties, and I still don’t understand why they wanted to have the key. Anyway... Maybe it’s their standard procedure. The topic which definitely needs improvement is the early breakfast pack. My wife needed to catch a flight at 5 AM, and we all know what this means: getting something to eat at very early hours. Of course the reception staff offered to organize “breakfast packs” and bring them to the room. But there was no list to chose from. They mentioned the packs were standard, without options. When we got them, we were disappointed. If I remember well, each pack had 1 sandwich, 1 apple, 1 juice and 1 water bottle (!). Not the standard I expected from a Mövenpick. I suggest you have a short list of items, allowing guests to customize their packs a bit. Last year, we had a similar situation at Mövenpick Amman (Jordan), and the breakfast pack was much better. Of course, in both hotels, there was a coffee machine in the room.

I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

Ailemle Grand Silay Hotel de 3 gün konakladık. Konaklama sürecimde otelin ekibi çok ilgilendi. Otel temiz ve güvenilir. Rahatlıkla kalabileceğiniz temiz ve güzel bir otel. Nazik ve ilgili personeline özellikle Resepsiyondaki Sergen Bey, Sinan Bey ve bellboylarına ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

My experience at this hotel was excellent the managers Baris and Yasmin where very kind and caring to me the service was super nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were friendly and very nice everywhere was very clean My room was very good I have enjoyed my stay very much I would highly recommend this hotel again thank you to everybody who made my stay very enjoyable
