La piscine n'est pas chaude (même froide) alors que les espaces chauds lui donnent un bonus
La salle de gym est grande, très beaucoup de machines et de pommes fournies.

IInvitéCheck in struggled to figure out how to simply charge us for the two rooms we booked together, half checking us in and then make us wait in another queue so they could check us in to our second room!
The bathroom could have benefited from a better cleaner.

Ccarolina henglerL'hôtel est vraiment vieux. Même quand il est propre, il semble sale, parce qu'il est trop vieux. Le mur n'est pas une preuve de son, donc je ne pouvais pas dormir parce que je pouvais entendre tout dehors. Il semble qu'il n'y avait pas de mur.
L'appartement est très humide, mais le soir, je suis venu à l'ap, le sol était mouillé à l'humidité.

LLFrankThis resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us).
It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy.
At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again.

AAmySprinklesNot directly in Surfers but an easy walk! Nice big apartment. Also not a loud area either and right next to tram station. Friendly reception and amazing facilities like the gym and spa. A little disappointing to find out we had to pay for towel change but

SShannan LeeThe location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and night life.
Great rooms on the 22nd floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is spacious for up to 3/4 people.
The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests.
I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests.
The check-in and check-out process was great, made conveniently for guests and staff, there's no long cues at the reception👍🏾
We'll definitely be returning.

MMelzza23Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service.

IInvitéHad to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds.
The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it.
The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it.
The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee)
I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us.
The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote
The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice.
The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water.
They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming.
