« This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment. »

La réception est particulièrement confortable, je devais partir le lendemain soir, parce que je suis trop confortable pour rester une nuit plus, la position géographique est très bonne, il y a beaucoup de petits plats à droite, la porte est aussi une petite voiture de barbecue, si je jure que je dois acheter!!! La prochaine fois, vous choisirez de vivre Moranti (les élévateurs sont aussi parfumés, ils ne sentent pas de fumée et de goût) »

« La chambre est bonne, l'assainissement propre, c'est que le chauffage est trop chaud, les coussins sont aussi plus doux, il ne peut pas dormir chaud! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous devez fixer la température à tellement élevée. Voir beaucoup de chambres ouvertes, peut-être aussi parce que vous êtes trop chaud! Le petit déjeuner est généralement partagé avec le parking sous-terrain. Le parking est coincé à la sortie du matin. La réception dit qu'ils ne peuvent pas le résoudre. Les magasins du parking disent qu'ils cherchent l'hôtel, peu importe. Une voiture de clé sur la plate-forme 12123, il n'y a pas de réseau dans le sous-sol, il n'y a pas d'élévateurs dans le sous-sol et il n'y a pas d'élévateurs dans le hall de l'hôtel, c'est une escalade de chaussures, je vais revenir plusieurs fois, il est difficile de présenter avec succès, ou de faire plus d'une heure 😓 »

« Cette fois, je suis vraiment surpris! J'avais réservé une chambre ordinaire de grande taille. Lorsque j'allais au magasin pour faire mon séjour, le personnel de la réception était particulièrement intime. Je me suis aidée directement à mettre à jour la suite gratuitement. La chance est pleine ～
L'espace de suite est beaucoup plus grand que le grand lit, la disposition est raisonnable, le lit est propre et propre et sans odeur, les produits sont doux et confortables, le choix de la tête est également beaucoup, l'effet d'isolement sonore est très bon, le sommeil est très stable la nuit. « 超級好，賓至如歸。從師傅接站開始，就特別親切，介紹格爾木地區。然後入住時也很順利，一直是關注我的身體健康，還有引導員進房間指導。
就很划算，性價比高，覺得這邊的如家比全季要好！
我出去玩預約了送站車，但是因為遇到臨時修路青藏這邊的領導根本沒有什麼方案意識，非常差勁，師傅和酒店人員積極的與我溝通。回來的時候都已經很晚了，還主動幫我拿行李要給我送站，太感動了！！
