« This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment. »

« Le gestionnaire de l'hôtel ajoutera une lettre à Microsoft, la réponse est très opportune, l'hygiène est très propre, les fruits de la réception sont très riches, et le transporteur aéroport gratuit, dans l'ensemble, très attentif! Le service proposé est que l'on espère que la salle de bains sera aménagée à l'équipe de fleurs après la salle de bains! Sinon, le capuchon d'eau chaude est éclaté! Bien que l'équipement n'est pas nouveau, je crois que c'est un bon hôtel à Grma! L'eau de bain est très chaude et la pression d'eau est assez forte. Il y a un appareil de filtrage, l'équipement d'oxygène est à temps, ne s'ouvre pas et est toujours sorti après l'ouverture. Bien que l'oxygène soit insuffisant, il enverra des boues d'oxygène. À l'heure actuelle, 5.30, il fournit encore un climatisation thermique. Le petit déjeuner est très riche!! »

« Excellent hotel and customer service. We arrived early morning and got in our room more or less straight away. The girl at the front desk did a great job and gave us a lift to the station as well as some free local tea. Great halal restaurant next door too. Excellent choice for Golmud! Highly recommend! Also due to her help we had the energy to go to Qarkan lake, thanks! »

« L'hôtel et les autres magasins voisins partagent le parking, mais il est bon que cet hôtel occupe seul le parking avec le charbon, plus un prix bon marché, c'est un avantage. Mais pour en parler, je suppose qu'il est en fait un hôtel de portée urbaine qui a terminé sa coopération, donc de changer son nom en ”marché”, perdre un contrôle unique des produits, ce qui a entraîné des problèmes de déformation des fenêtres, de mauvaise santé, et de lavage, en fait, avec des installations de lavage, Comme il reste de l'eau acide de moitié corrosive dans une lave-linge, l'autre porte ne peut pas être ouverte, et une série de dégâts se sont épargnés dans le récipient de lave-linge, mais le prix n'a pas augmenté pendant cinq jours fériés, ce qui est un comportement conscient. Donc je n'ai pas donné de score très bas, si vous ne voulez pas que les choses ci-dessus soient trop exigeantes, vous pouvez essayer. »
