"I've stayed in many hotels of this type, but this one was a bit of a disappointment… 1. I was recommended a great breakfast option on a social media platform, so I specifically chose a room that included breakfast. I was really disappointed. I was rushing to catch an early train, and I understand they give you bread for breakfast, but I never expected it to be this hard. Besides the cake, the other three types of bread were all hard; it felt like a miserable experience… I ended up buying instant noodles at the train station! 2. They said they'd provide late-night porridge when I booked, but it never arrived for either of my two nights. 3. The twin room only had one chair. I ordered takeout, so one person had to sit while the other stood to eat. 4. The phone line was unplugged by the previous guest. A staff member came to fix it immediately, but it wasn't fixed, and I had to wait until the next day. The problem was, without a phone call, I didn't know the delivery robot had arrived, and the food was sent back down without any notification. After that, every time the phone rang, I had to open the door and wait for the robot… 5. The receptionist and service staff were very friendly, and they always brought hot water when I left."

The room was spacious, the bunk beds were clean and odor-free, and the 24-hour hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The overall environment was quiet, and it was very close to the Chaka Salt Lake. Check-in was quick and easy. It was perfect for sisters traveling together, and we would definitely choose this place again for our next road trip!"

"J'ai réservé ce séjour à l'hôtel en raison de ses réflexions fortes, et il a tout à fait vécu à la réputation , selon moi, le meilleur hôtel de Golmud. L'hospitalité s'est produite dès mon arrivée. Même en tant que voyageur étranger seul, je me sentais vraiment bienvenue et je me suis regardée. Un plat de fruits complimentaire a été fourni, qui était un touche considérable après un long voyage. L'équipe de garde-fous était particulièrement impressionnante méticule dans leur travail et laissant des notes manuscrites à la main chaque jour, qui ajoutait un chaleur très personnel au séjour. La zone de lave-linge a une machine à café et d'autres installations, clairement conçues pour rendre l'attente plus confortable. L'hôtel propose également un transfert aéroport gratuit, qui a permis l'arrivée et la sortie sans problème. Je voudrais également mentionner spécialement le récepteur, Wang Monmon, qui a été exceptionnellement utile, et elle a quitté sa route pour m'aider à contacter un chauffeur, ce qui a fait une grande différence pour moi en tant que voyageur de femme seule dans un nouveau lieu. Le centre de Galmud a été accueilli par un petit centre de soins."
