"When I entered the hotel, the lights were off, and the staff, half-asleep and surprised by the foreigner, stared at me for a long time, mouths agape, saying nothing. Apparently, foreigners are a rarity in their city. After 3-4 minutes, they came to their senses, turned on the lights, and started checking me in. They didn't even ask for my passport, just handed me a room key and led me to my room. Cons: unprofessional, unfriendly, and untrained staff and the hotel manager. There was a cigarette butt and a plastic bucket in the bathroom. When I entered, the windows were curtained, but it turns out they were open (I later found out from the mosquitoes), so I spent the entire evening battling mosquitoes. This morning, I asked an employee which bus station in Gorakhpur buses to Sonauli depart from, and he gave the wrong information to a motorcycle taxi driver. So, I had to go from the wrong station to another bus station on the other side of town. I ended up overpaying to get to the right bus station. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel."

Rooms was very small and they charged high price. At night staff on the reception was drunk. And service staff also were drunk at night. No water was there to drink when asked the staff replied u have to pay for the service at night. Very very bad experience ever I had in my life. Very very pathetic hospitality ever I experienced in entire life of my travel."
