This property may present a challenge for any person with mobility restrictions and for anyone who may struggle with stairs. Ocean Views self-catering Apartment has solar power and a battery backup has been installed to mitigate load-shedding. All lights, Wi-Fi, as well as essential power points are fully functional during power outages. With conservative use, the system’s batteries can supply several hours of uninterrupted power without the support of the solar panels.
