I am very sorry to write this review, but am doing so so that others don't loose a large sum of money like I did. I had booked two rooms for three nights at the Alia Cave Hotel. We were very much looking forward to our trip. My husband became ill so we had to cancel our travel plans, well in advance. I informed Alia Cave Hotel we would not be travelling to turkey due to ill health and would not be visiting Goreme. This was all done many weeks before travel. We were assured a refund. No refund came. I contacted the hotel and again I was assured my money would be returned. Again, no refund. No less then five times I contacted and each time was told yes, but no refund was sent. This makes me very sad, as we have rescheduled our trip and would have liked to stay at the hotel, but now will not and we will stay elsewhere. This is very bad customer service. It is deceitful and lying and you have lost a customer. Shame on you Alia Cave Hotel.
