Grocery stores are about 20 minutes away.Trash pick up is done by the owner, who will pick up trash at the end of your staff. Welcome to Cherokee Lake Retreat! Our retreat is a completely remodeled single family home. This home-away-from-home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a spacious game room.The master bedroom sleeps 2 and has a bathroom. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed with a trundle. These bunk beds boast 2 full size beds and a twin trundle. The last bedroom has a bed that sleeps 2. The game room has a large game table that contains an air hockey table, a ping pong table, and can double as a long galley table that can seat 8 adults. The game room has a futon for sitting or sleeping and is large enough for extra air mattresses. It is perfect to store your boating, hunting, fishing, or other gear.The house has a large front porch with a ramp connecting to the driveway. There is an extra large back porch spanning the entire length of the house. It is perfect for cookouts or morning coffee! There are a few large wooden storage boxes big enough for life jackets, floats, tackle boxes, etc.Do you have a boat? The house offers plenty of room for multiple truck and trailers which has been perfect for fisherman. Enjoy a day on the lake with a pontoon rental from Huff’s German Creek Marina. The marina is only a four minute drive making it a convenient location. The property has beautiful views of the lake, but does not offer lake access. Also our lake home is only twelve minutes from Clinchview Golf Club. We are less than an hour from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. Morristown is also within a fifteen minute drive with several restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater.There are two bedrooms to this home. Themaster has a queen bed and flat screen tv. Theother bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed.There is also a pull out sofa bed in the mainliving area.The kitchen will have a Keurig with some k-cups provided.
