Great location. The room was spacious but tired and pretty dusty. As low tech in terms of tv, power outlets etc as I've experienced this millennium. Okay kitchen. Had a washing machine, not that we used it because there was no dryer or even a clothesline (what's the point?) For the price I was disappointed.

BUG INFESTED, ants all over the apartment, bed bugs, dirty, unacceptable lodging. Nothing to like about this property. It's bug infested, possible bed bugs. You can smell problems the moment you enter the registration area. The a/c doesn't work in the bedrooms. The washing machine also doesn't work. The towels and sheets provided are old. The apartment is dark and dreary. The parking space provided is the worse possible to get to in a midsize car. The owner will not honor your credit card booking and will require payment in advance a few days prior to arrival. Disgusting place, we left 1st thing in the morning and they still charged us for two nights. But our health and safety is a priority. Directions to apartment were hard to follow. I don't recommend it.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Granada. The staff were very helpful during our booking, replies to my email were prompt and to the point. Upon arriving we were greeted with enthusiasm. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could want. Our apartment had a seperate lounge, kitchen and bedroom plus a small study. Parking was a additional charge at a basement parking facility 100m away, easy to access and the spaces were a suitable size. We would happily recommend to other travellers. One point to note, we were given directions by staff at Artel on how to navigate there: USE THOSE DIRECTIONS….. your GPS is almost useless navigating the one way streets.

This apartment looked lovely on the website but it's even better than the photos. The location is excellent and so quiet, because the tiny street it's situated on is too narrow for traffic. Taxis will bring you very close but car parking could be a challenge. The information given beforehand made it relatively easy to find and the key pad entry makes it very secure. We arrived early, on foot from the station and we were expecting just to leave our luggage and head out. However the apartment had been cleaned so we got in straight away,and an upgrade to a larger apartment was a surprise bonus. We were extremely pleased at how big the apartment was and how clean and tidy it was too. The location is very pretty and there was a lot of interesting decor including an antique table with fascinating history printed out on an information card, lovely wooden beams and pretty brickwork, all in keeping with a building of this age.The bedroom was small but comfortable, and the Wi-Fi , tv and air con worked well. We didn't use the kitchen though it had everything in it you would need for a longer stay. Its a very easy walk to many bars and restaurants, in fact there are two just a few steps away from the front door and once you get your bearings ( a handy map is given to you on check in) you can navigate your way around the city on foot. I cannot recommend these lovely apartments enough, you will not be disappointed. We will come back in the Autumn when it's cooler and definitely spend more time in beautiful Granada.

Estudio muy completo y sobre todo el servicio estupendo. Está muy céntrico y nos enviaron un plano detallado para llegar perfectamente. Además tienen convenio con un parking cercano. El spa, privado para dos,es muy completo, y muy bien cuidado. Las atenciones del recepcionista es lo mejor, con máxima preocupación por todos los detalles.
