Beautifully preserved and maintained period property the moment you entered there was a sense of calm. Ideally situated in the historical centre and only a 20 min walk to The Alhambra. We arrived by public transport and the hotel is a few mins walk to bus services which will take you to the bus/railway station. The staff are very friendly and very helpful particularly helping with advice on your visit to The Alhambra. We had a top floor room which was well appointed and very clean. Bed was comfortable. There is some noise from the street but that didn’t last long. I wouldn’t get hung up on how the windows operated! Breakfast was downstairs in a small area but the breakfast had plenty of options and was worth the extra payment. You do have to reserve. One of the better hotels we used.

Granada is a fabulous city and our favorite on a two-week trip. The staff at Los Navas is great and the location perfect. The breakfast in the small dining room was excellent. The tiny difficult to manage parking garage, Trex, that they recommend, should be avoided if you are driving. Find a larger one farther away and take a taxi. The premium room was small but had some nice touches. Tall ceilings, a couch with table. As other reviewers have noted, it IS noisy due to the location. We were on the fourth floor. With the windows closed, however, we heard little noise. I like to open windows at night, but it was mostly impossible here not due to noise all night long but because of the most ridiculous window configuration I've ever seen. There were three 2-part windows. The first is the window and the second is a cover that goes over the window to keep out light. This makes sense, but then on top of that there were CURTAINS. On very high rods. If you want to open the window to let in air you have to negotiate the curtains by trying to flip them over the two-part windows. It's very hard to do as they catch on the corners of the windows. I spent way too much time trying to figure out to move them around in order to open the windows. You have to see this to believe it. I hope the hotel will remove the curtains. They are COMPLETELY unnecessary. They must be there just for looks. I honestly would not go back for this reason alone.

Pictures available were done 10years ago or more nowadays bedrooms are not at all like that … So much noice it is impossible to sleep one night because windows are in wood … I call it “casa del papel” There is no wifi in the bedroom. Moreover the view is on homeless stuff. Avoid room 24 maybe other is better because this one is one of the worst we went. We do not recommend this hotel specially for price more than 100 euros per night ! It’s definitely not a 3stars hotel but much more like 1 or 2 star(s) max…

Beautiful boutique hotel. Outside well renovated from 1700's and rooms bang up to date in comfort . Bathroom a little dated tho. I had a Junior Suite on the third floor which was a most beautiful room. Light and spacious and very comfortable. However the hotel lacked any other facilities . No bar . No restaurant. No outdoor space. A small basement breakfast room was not attractive and certainly not worth €11pp for a very average breakfast. Beautiful room but nothing else there! However there are so many bars and restaurants nearby that the lack of hotel facilities was not really an issue. The lack of facilities is reflected in the 3 star hotel rating,but the Junior Suite that I had was 5 star !

This hotel in a historic building is beautifully remodeled on the inside and right in one of the old neighborhoods. If you're driving to it, be aware that it's difficult to get around in the old city, and that you'll have to park underground a few minutes away -- the lot can be a challenge to find and drive into. The small room is well designed: they've fitted in a couch and coffee table, as well as providing all the basics. The only downside was that our room had a combination of opening windows and double curtains that made it really hard to work all 3 together. It should not have been that much of a puzzle to solve.
