LAMENTABLE ATENCIÓN POR PARTE DEL DUEÑO. Te dejan unos códigos para poder entrar tanto al portal como al apartamento, solo nos dieron unas llaves para las 6 que éramos. La última noche no pudimos abrir el cajetín donde se encontraban las llaves y no había manera de contactar con nadie. Llamamos a Booking para ver si podía contactar con el dueño y fue imposible y no pudieron darnos ninguna solución, dejamos un mensaje al dueño por Booking con el n° de teléfono para que se pusieran en contacto con nosotras y nunca llamó. Lo único que pudimos hacer fue llamar a un cerrajero de urgencia (pagado por nosotras) para poder entrar al apartamento. Al día siguiente pude contactar con el dueño y hablando de malas maneras nos dijo que la culpa era nuestra por dejar las llaves en el cajetín, que ese no era su uso (en ningún sitio pone que no se pueden dejar ahí). Si tienes una urgencia pasada la hora de atención al cliente tienes que apañartelas como puedas porque no hay manera de contactar con él. Una lastima ya que el apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación.

The apartment was in a superb location, close to,restaurants and cafes, a fantastic market and other shops, including supermarkets, as well as various tourist attrctions. (This did, however, mean that there was a lot of noise into the early hours.) Sadly, the apartment itself was badly maintained and poorly equipped. There was a broken armchair, one of the towel rails in the bathroom kept coming away from the wall, the knob for a wardrobe door was sitting inside the wardrobe, the shelf in the fridge door was so badly cracked we were wary of putting anything on it, and the fridge door itself had slipped and was difficult to close properly. We were there for two weeks, and on day five there was no water. We contacted the owner ,,,,,, and heard nothing since. (Fortunately, the people in the restaurant downstairs were able to sort it for us.) There was no kettle, just a small coffee percolator. The two ring hob was an induction hob, and the largest of the frying pans would not work on it. There were no instructions for the microwave/ combi oven, nor for the heated towel rail in the bathroom, so the only way to dry bath towels was to drape them over chairs in front of the living room window. Most definitely not worth the large amount of money we paid, Easter period notwithstanding.

스페인어 못하면 숙박하지 마시길 , 전혀 소통 안댐. 오로지 전화 혹은 이메일인데 둘다 스페인어만 가능 이메일 연락되는데는 돌고돌아 찾고찾아서 1곳뿐 공식 홈페이지 이메일엔 답변 안함… 3시에 체크인하라고 해서 갔는데 약속장소에 열쇠없늠. 안내데스크 없는 호텔이라 부랴부랴 전화햇는데 소통안대고 이메일보내니 안읽늠… 무작정 기다림 내가 예약한 객실호수 가보니 3시 넘어서 청소이제 시작함. 이메일로 따지니 다른사람은 다 이해해줫으니 너도 넘어가라고 답변옴, 그리고 그냥 더 기다리라고 함 스페인어 못하는 사람이 약속시간과 장소가 지켜지지 않는 호텔에서 누구의 안내도 없이 큰캐리어 끌고 복도에서 하염없이 기다리는데 정말 막막했음 청소원에게 물어봐도 자기는 청소원일뿐 모른데.. ㅅㅂ 기다렷다 체크인햇는데 침대에서는 인유냄세나고 커튼은 먼지폴폴남, 락스오지게 부어서 방에서 락스냄세가 진동하여 창문을 열엇는데 바로 앞 길가는 사람과 아이컨텓 됨… 못열겟어… 테이블 다시 닦앗는데 드릅고.. 의자 드릅고.. 쇼파 머 묻어잇음
