Acceuil correct mais plutôt nonchalant par une jeune femme qui nous a expliqué rapidement les directives et procédures sans toutefois ne nous donner aucun détail sur notre forfait golf. Simplement que tout est déjà rendu au clubhouse du Royal Bromont donc aucun coupon nécessaire. Faux: Le lendemain matin le jeune homme nous dit qu’ils ont souvent des problèmes avec l’hôtel puisque les informations ne suivent pas; il nous règle gentiment le problème pour nos 2 jours de golf et partout à l’heure prévue. Jour du départ: On nous dit que la facture est déjà envoyée par courriel; une chance qu’on a demandé la facture papier pour se rendre compte que nous avions payé aussi dans notre forfait pour 2 soupers au Cellier du Roi, lesquels personne ne nous a parlé….Un remboursement des soupers devrait suivre.. To be honest, we had a good time. Do note that the hotel has carpet so it can be hard on some people. But they vacuum very frequently (seemed to do it once per day). The breakfast included is basic but it does the job. It's buffet style so you serve yourself. Would definitely be perfect for families. The staff was very nice and helpful. The TV in our room seemed to have some trouble through, image kept fizzling, don't know if it was the cable or tv itself.
